Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

NetherlandsWe went at the end of May, which we found out isn't the best time of year to visit Austria. For one this month is their holiday month. When most shops are closed. It's after the winter season and before the start of the summer rush. We didn't realize that going during their (religious) holiday would mean even restaurants tend to be closed. Do not go in May, unless you actually WANT to make pictures of deserted streets!
The gorge where this "haus" is located is between the valley's of Sölden & Huben. If you look up the definition of a "gorge", this location is a perfect match for it. The view is breathtaking (atleast when the peaks aren't hidden in the clouds). The breakfast (or Frühstück as it's called in Austria) was rustic, but non-the-less perfect. And definitely worth what was charged for it. We are planning to return next year.

One of the best properties I’ve ever been to Austria. I cannot complain about anything. Everything was very clean, it has all the facilities you need when going to skiing. The property owners were very respectful and even their cat is so lovely.

Everything is very clean and it's also modern where it needs to be (kitchens, bathrooms and WiFi) and then cosy and homey where it needs to be such as the interior and foodwise. In the summer you are given a premium summer card for free which gives you massive savings on activities and transport in the surrounding area. Ellen is also so lovely, she makes you feel right at home and takes care of you the best she can, it's all very personal and doesn't feel like a business.and more like a home! The location is excellent with only being 10 mins away from the nearest town make it quiet but very close to everything, I'll be staying here again for sure!
