Everything was perfect, starting from lovely owners/hosts, through great location of the apartments in a walking distance to all the attractions of the town. Apartments were fully equipped in everything you need.

Cozy and spacious apartments. Very clean, well equipped apartments, ideal location. Convenient access from the highway. Near the city center, shops, restaurants and cafes, 10 minutes walk to the thermal baths, 15 minutes walk to the train station. The owners of the house are very nice and friendly people. It was a pleasure for us to communicate with them.

Balcony over busy road during daytime meant quite noisy, but quiet when doors closed. Not the owner’s fault, but worth considering if you planned to stay in the apartment a lot during the day - but don’t as there is so much to see when you leave it !

Very clean, and well equipped with kitchen and other equipment. Great welcoming hosts who gave the impression that nothing was too much trouble, even though we had no need to ask. plenty of useful information in the apartment about local facilities and attractions in both English and German languages. Great central location for the Austrian Lakes with easy walking access to trains and buses if you have no car. We hardly used our hire car. Great access to local walks. Warm welcome on arrival with plenty of useful advice and information verbally and in print. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay for couples wanting a great base from which to launch.

We loved everything about our stay at Haus Braumandl. My only tip for Bad Ischl as a whole is that it's pretty small and stores and restaurants can have odd hours, so be sure to check hours ahead of time if you need to stock up on groceries or make dinner reservations in advance. We had trouble finding dinner one night because everything was packed and the grocery store was closed.

This was an incredible stay in Bad Ischl! The hosts were so accommodating and gave us such detailed and helpful information and recommendations! We felt like part of the family. The apartment was roomy, private and comfortable, with everything we needed. We loved being able to do laundry, use the kitchen and relax after a long day touring around. The location was also great! A quick walk to all the attractions and to the train and bus station. Perfect place to set up as your home base to explore the lake district, Hallstatt and beyond.

The apartment is very close and in walking distance to everything in Bad Ischl. Bus stop is just 5 mins away to go to Salzburg. It is spacious, very well kept with great kitchen, washing machine and balcony. The family looks after you in every way and makes things possible. They gave us great recommendations for restaurants and day trips.

Everything. Spacious, functional, clean and centrally located apartment. Very friendly & helpful hosts made us feel at home right away. All amenities as described. Strongly recommend Haus Braumandl to all future visitors at Bad Ischl and look forward to be back one day too. Thank you for your kind hospitality.

Great location, nice people and the cosy apartment. The kitchen is fully functional with a fridge, a microwave, a kettle and a coffeemaker.

If we could use laundry, it'd be better.

Very nice location for driving to many lakes in Salzkammergut. Also the apartment is located in the center of Bad Ischl, accessible easily to supermarket, restaurants, bakery and ATM etc. Especially for us, it was really convenient that we can use the same "Alles Gurgelt" Covid test system (with Wien's ID) in Oberösterreich, too. BIPA and BILLA is in 5 minutes walk from the apartment. The host was super friendly, we got many tips on around.

The photos of the accommodation were taken with an enlarged camera, everything seems twice as big as it actually is. Photos of the garden too. There is a small playground for the kids, and space for siting but everything is overcrowded. In the our "Sisi" appartment, the living room was built by remodeling the former large balcony. The hosts live in the same house where the apartments are, which somehow affects privacy. This accomodatin have three apartments, so take care of the size and the photos of each one when you book.

Location was perfect. Bed was extra comfortable, and we got cot and toys for the kid. The kitchen is very well equipped
