Michaela is a lovely, attentive and caring host. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is a short bus ride away from the city centre and the view from the balcony is stunning. Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was lovely and there were lots of options. Would definitely stay again.

Really not applicable for us, we loved our stay. But what could be improved is to have a bit of oil, salt and so in the kitchenette and the breakfast to be served until 10 am.

Perfect location for visiting Salzburg, the lakes, Hallstatt, Dachstein glacier.etc. The host is lovely and genuinely cares about guests enjoying their stay. 8 minutes walking to the bus and in around 25-30 minutes total time you are in the city center. Good breakfast, very quiet and amazing view. We came by car but we only used it inside the city to visit Hellbrunn palace, you can easily manage without a car but you have just a bit of a climb.

Really nice view from the balcony! Breakfast also good and various options👍 a bit far from the city center but it’s worth it for the view! (Walking distance to the bus station so it’s fine if u not travel by car☺️)

There could have been a full size mirror in the room.

The location, the hospitality, everything was perfect. Michaela was a very sweet host and took care of us like a family. The breakfast was amazing. The view from the stay is just outstanding.

The shower was a little short, and could benefit from a higher glass door for people above 5'4" to not inadvertently splash water, however the pressure and temp was great. In addition a shade on the bathroom overhead window would make light sensitivity easier to deal with there, but these are all nitpicks I bring up only for the quest of perfection.

Breakfast was amongst the best I've had anywhere in terms of selection and quality, and our host made sure everything was perfect for us, truly going above and beyond. The room was also in a gorgeous location.

Frau Michaela is a fantastic host. Always very friendly and she can probably come up with a Salzburg itinerary on the spot if you didn’t have one planned. Look for her during breakfast! Also she can sell you Salzburg card so it’s very convenient.

Nothing to dislike, except that maybe we could've got a room with a balcony, which is where the amazing view was! (But I guess that was on us, since we didn't check beforehand. The site doesn't clearly state that not all rooms have a balcony.)

We stayed at Haus Salzburgblick for 3 nights and it was a lovely stay. The rooms were clean, cosy and comfortable. The view outside was fantastic. Behind the hotel are just green grassy fields and a clear view of the beautiful snow-capped mountains! We loved our stay. Breakfast was very delicious and our hosts were warm, welcoming, and really cared about making our vacation a good one. The location was great too, just an 8-minute drive into the city center and right off the highway.

No elevator

Glamorous and quiet place. There is a big grassland behind the house, just a few minutes to get to the electronic bus station. The hostess was very caring and made sure everything we needed. The bad room was comfortable and the bathroom was quite clean as well. The breakfast was also plenty and delicious. Hoping to visit there next time.

The apartment was at the attic so there are a lot of steps to take. If someone has walking problems, it will be a challenge. In the bathroom our shower had not door so unfortunately the water was outside the shower. We have the room with the small kitchen (it was in offer in the Booking) and we was suprised that on the cupboard there was an information that there is additional fee for cleaning the kitchen (20 euro).

For us the location was very good. It is amazing that this House is in Salzburg, but It is like in the countryside. The view from the window was amazing. The host is very nice, helpful and talks with each guest. The breakfast is very good. The WiFi is also very good working. Our room was spacious.

While it is a quick 20-minute bus ride into the city centre, I do believe the hotel location is more suitable for those who have a car at their disposal.

Excellent Host, the hotel has a family/homely feel in comparison to more traditional hotels. The room is spacious for a single occupier and the breakfast has a very good selection. The tea is located in the corridor right outside the room.

Literally the best view in Salzburg, with the snow mountains and the town, such a nice view from the balcony. Very spacious room, comfortable beds and sofa. The manager (hotel owner) is fantastic, very friendly and caring. The breakfast was magic, love the boiled eggs! Also, the suggested Chinese restaurant was delicious as well!

Carrying luggage to top is hard .

Sun roof top and the balcony view is mesmerising, I don’t know there is anything more beautiful place than this and the staff support is wonderful very kind and down to earth person . We stayed 3 nights everyday the room is cleaned and kept tidy , breakfast was so delicious home made healthy cakes , the way to reach the room was awesome filled with snow I know it’s tuff but short distance so you will enjoy the view . But no lift to carry luggage but they helped us to carry them . There are 3 ways to reach the room from main road where Mc . D is near by and stores are available near by . The different room atmosphere keeps you mind soothing. Perfect resort stay feel for relaxing your trip . We loved the way they treat us . Very tidy and suffocated utensils in kitchen where you have everything to use as your own kitchen with few basic things like salt sugar , oil, etc

The few dislikes were the shared balcony (we wished the barrier was a bit higher between the rooms for more privacy) and the shower which drained into an area including the sink, so whenever you used the sink you had to stand in a puddle.

Even though the property is a bit removed from the city center, public transport could get us there in 15 minutes and the privacy/countryside feel of the inn was WELL worth the sacrifice of proximity. You have a beautiful view of the mountains from afar! Breakfast was top tier, the room was very nice, clean and cozy, but the best part was easily the service/staff! Michaela did everything she could to make us feel at home and to make our trip great. She sat with us at breakfast to answer our questions about the city, she checked the weather forecast for us, leant us her umbrella, and gave us great tips for what to do during our stay. She really cared that we got the most out of our trip.
