Only slight issue was it was quite hard to get a consistent temperature from the shower.

Staff were fantastic. Check in and out was super easy and really valued having the lock box for keys so didn't need to take out skiing and on night's out! Room was comfy and was lovely to have a balcony looking out over both the main street and the mountains. Location was excellent and despite being very central, I had no issues with noise. Breakfast was quite basic but still offered good variety of cold food and drinks. Having additional drinks in the communal area fridge was a really great extra touch.

Really hard to find. Mayrhofen has few numbers and the sign over the door did not say Das Cityhouse. Directions like ‘behind the shoe store’ would have relieved some anxiety. Shower was a bit flaky - it was rare to have hot water immediately after skiing

Prices are high compared to 3 stars. The noise cancellation is very poor you can hear the other residents talking through the wall.

The only complaint I have is our mattress was not too comfortable and it would’ve been nice to have small toiletries and a hair dryer in the room.

Breakfast was a nice touch and tasty - a great way to start off a day on the slopes. The location was perfect, the staff was friendly. I liked that it was a small inn feel and very cozy. Our family of 4 had two rooms, which was the perfect amount of space for us, and the living room was perfect for ending our day as a family playing games, having a night cap, and watching tv.

There were no problems

Excellent location in the High Street and very close to the main access gondola - the Penkenbahn. This was shut due to it being start of the ski season, which I knew. The accommodation is located close to the ski buses, which took me to alternative lifts, which were open. The accommodation is adjacent to many key bars and restaurants in the main part of Mayrhofen. Meanwhile, the staff were great.

Parking not available at propery but you can leave the car in a nearby lot for a price. It was hard for me to sleep on the bed, but I don't know why.

I was alone the last days, there is No breakfast served than. You have to get fully clothed get out doors, to get youre breakfast else where. I realy hate that, like to get breakfast in comfy clothes, get back to room take a shower and so on. I did not got to breakfast for these days, and that's not nice.

The door would rattle/shake anytime someone else on the floor would open or close their room door, making it feel like someone was about to walk into your room each time. Average breakfast in the morning.

Lack of hooks in bedroom to hang wet ski clothes. The boot/ski room was unlocked and next to main door. The shelves in the bedroom all sloped so stuff slipped off. Beds were comfy but the room looked tired.

I didn’t like the fact that the property doesn’t have a parking so I was supposed to pay 10€/night for parking, but on the other hand the owner was very helpful in reserving a parking spot so it wasn’t supposed to find a parking spot by myself.
