Hosts are the best part of this property for sure. Their heart is at this place and that’s visible. House is just 5 mins walk from Obertraun train station which is the stop after Hallstatt . Everything is mentioned as in the property. They have 5 rooms for guests and the hosts also stay in the same house but in a different floor . Lovely home made simple breakfast , house is really decorated well. We enjoyed hanging out in the common area - there are some beers and wine available to purchase there bcoz there is only 1 supermarket in the entire area. Larry is so much fun and easy to converse with. At the end of the day you leave the place with the feeling that this is a bnb run bcoz of their passion and love and not just a sole business for them and that’s all what matters

Homey atmosphere; home away from home feeling, made especially welcoming by the warm hospitality of the hosts, Larry and Lisa. We had few days of peace and quiet ambience. Larry answered all our questions and offered really useful info regarding the area. He took the time to make us feel at home despite being busy with other guests. Thank you both.

Cosy, clean and comfortable room with a lovely view of the mountains. After a day long train journey, it was very relaxing to get into our room. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. The owners are friendly and Larry shared a lot of useful information that helped us plan our visit to near by attractions better.

Firstly due to some plan change, we went directly there and asked Larry for early check-in, he arranged within 20 minutes. He is very helpful and kind person. Location was very good. Breakfast was amazing, everything was homemade food. room with Mountain View is excellent to enjoy the nature. Everything is perfect and highly recommended.

The place is beautiful, breakfast is great and the view is incredible. They have a great relax area outside the rooms in the first floor and a fridge with sodas, beer, wine, etc if you want to get a night snack. The hosts were realy nice!

We had no issues .

The accommodations were clean and comfortable, the location and view from the window was amazing , hosts were kind and friendly. They gave us a map of the surroundings , recommended us some restaurants and sights to see. They also have a little feline friend Rossi who came to us for a visit, pets and purrs, so that's an extra point as well ❤️‍🩹. The breakfast included was quite rich, the accommodations included an access to a lounge with various games to play during the evenings.

Haus Hepi was everything we wanted it to be! The location is perfect, it’s peaceful and quiet. The room was spotless, the bed is really comfortable and the breakfast was fresh every morning. The hosts are also amazing, they were super helpful and kind during our stay.

The host was really nice, she was chatting with every guest at the breakfast, always had some kind words to us, like She shared her recommendations for the attractions nearby, etc... Btw. the breakfast was also really delicious.
