- A bit dated interrior - Sauna advertised on booking.com, but not offered - Not very warm welcome from the mother of the owner. Felt more like a somewhat grumpy announcement of house rules rather than a kind welcome Owner left a nice postit note on the door which is great and made us feel better. Did not meet the owner who others praise for kindness - Noise from top floor. Walking, speaking can be heard - Bed squeaks. Only large, “shapeless” pillow - TV’s internal sound was almost unusable. External speaker was not working. - Bringing a dog incurs extra cost. I can understand this in general but our poodle loses zero hair so his presence in not noticable and requires no extra cleaning. We left the room 100% clean did the dishes etc. I see why a large hotel chain has inflexible rules but a private host could adjust. - Frying pan had deep scratches which is not recommended to be used due to potential toxicity. There were smaller alternative pans available. - Appartment is in a private compound as far as I can see based on door bells which might impact how relaxed one feels in the small shared garden - Given all the above I felt the price was somewhat more than justified in a super off season Monday-Wednesday

Amazing location sorrounded by mountains, friendly and really helpful owners, well equipped apartment, there’s a nice playgound for the kids in the garden. Both restaurants in the neighbourhood are nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

We found Ruth waiting for us, she is a very welcoming host and took the time to explain everything and the surroundings. She also gave us information on what can be done in the vicinity and how to reach places. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Parking is also easily available, Highly recommended!

The room air was really dry, we should take our air humidifiezer (or whatever). But that only takes effect if you are with really young and sensitive children. Nothing else.

We were going to take a ski trip with our 2,5 years old twins. The room was enough for us and the bathroom also good for a little water splashing for the kids. Heating was good and always warm. The room was very good equipped with everything if you want to cooke or just serve a dinner. Best place if you are going to hike to the Schneeberg or ski on the slopes. But we don't like downhill skiing and didn't find any crosscountry trails. the weather is like if you are lucky you will be out in the sunshining, but we had two days raining. Wish you luck! :D

About payment for heating you get to know after booking - its absurde that its not part of regular prize. Ceiling is without isolation, so in groundfloor you hear every step above.

Amazing place, super clean and neat apartment. View from the garden is beautiful, because the apartment is under the mountain. Very nice was guestpass with interesting benefits.
