The bathroom was interesting. The shower had more to be desired in terms of pressure and time to warm up and needed the wand replaced. It literally is an extended stay hospital room, so the artifacts of that environment are present. If you want an art deco or elegant stay this probably isn't the place for you. There are still some clinics operating at a lower level during the day, perhaps for office visits but none of this was disturbing.

Very spacious room. It was a great bargain with kitchenette, some appliances, dishes and balcony. Great for extended stay. Facility was very clean and staff was wonderful. It was in a very convenient location to walk around the city. It was nice that the room looks out to a soccer field on one side so it does not seem busy or densely populated around. Quiet and comfortable. Everything was functional and met or exceeded my expectations. I would stay here again.

Noise skateboarders and people on the street at night. Only one pillow. Would like 2. Would like a face flannel as well as the towels. We ran out of toilet paper

At the time of booking I didn't realize it was basically a refurbished nursing home. However it is actually fine, I was just surprised at first. I found the reception times a bit confusing. Luckily I didn't need them much either.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There was also a tiny kitchen to reheat food and to store things in the fridge. It came with plates and cutlery too which was great. Cleanliness is important there and everything is spotless and nice.

There is not enough cutlery (e. g. a bread knife or steak knives), so it was a challenge even to prepare a very simple breakfast. I also wan't able to drink my morning tea as I could find only small cups and no mugs.

The location is excellent. It's not far from the centre, but it is quiet at night. During the weekend you can also park for free in the same street. Our room had a bathroom that was adapted for the wheelchairs. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The shower head needed to be replaced. Shower curtains are also due for replacement.

The breakfast had a nice variety of food. Not much hot food to choose from. The Staff was helpful.

I guess higher price is mostly for the location. And this is Austria so prices are a bit higher. Maybe we were just unlucky with the Booking algorithm :)

The room is part of an old hospital of sorts. Most of the equipment of the previous hospital rooms were not exchanged. And that is all fine since the beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Do not expect any modern designs or anything. But if you are looking for a place to stay near the city center this is just fine. You can get a breakfast but ate in the city. Parking costs 20 EUR which might be too much but city center parking for a day is actually more expensive.

Hard to find a parking space close to a hotel. We used an underground parking offered by a hotel which is some 100m away - close enough to walk, but not very convenient if you have a lot of luggage and need to make several trips to the car and back.

Suitable if you are looking for a no frills place to sleep and do not plan spending much time in a hotel room. Basic but comfortable. Our family room had a kitchenette, which was very convenient while travelling with children.

Linda provided a generous, healthy, tasty buffet breakfast, Seating was comfortable in a nicely decorated room. The hotel has a lot of history - three generations. Location was quiet and secure with good free parking almost next door. Close to the city centre. Good value for the price.

The feel of the place is a bit odd - the first floor is a medical clinic, with the hotel reception on the ground floor and bedrooms on the second to fourth, and I suspect the rooms were originally built for the clinic in some way, and still have a clinical feel - a lot more could have been done to make them more homely, e.g. pictures on the walls and rugs on the floors. The hotel is further from the centre than I would have liked, although it is only 10 minutes walk from Jacomini Platz, from where there are regular trams into the centre, as well as busses to the university and train station.

Great staff, could not have been more helpful. The whole place is exceptionally clean. The breakfast was good but perhaps overpriced for a cold buffet. The “triple room” is actually a mini-suite with joined double and single bedrooms with shared mini-kitchen and bathroom, would be very comfortable for a small family.

There was someone at the reception only very rarely. The bathrooms feel like from an old people's home, and the showers are terribly small, and you are bound to splash water everywhere. Sadly the outdoor pool directly behind the hotel does not seem to be accessible.

The rooms are spacious, the location is great. Room service was good, but did not seem to come every day. Beds are very comfortable. The room was very cheap.
