Jess is a wonderful person, we are wery happy to meet him. The apartment has 3 separete rooms, each with bathroom. One room can be use as livingroom, but it has door, so it can be a 3rd bedroom. An other room has a childroomd with two beds 150cm. It is ideal for a family with tho kids. From the huge terrasse there is a beathtaking view. The kithcen is perfectly equipped. The main road to the ski center is 2 minutes. Kaiserburgbahn is less than 10 minutes drive.

No complaints, really... it even exceeded our expectations, a great value for the money.

Excellent location, super clean rooms and facilities. Very well equipped apartment, many rooms and bathrooms, all tidy and well-furnished. The hosts were friendly and welcoming, available all the time. The house is really just a few minutes' drive from the ski slopes.

A really great apartment in the house. Very comfortable, with three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. The internet is great. Phenomenal view from the rooms. This is one of the cleanest apartments we've been to. Really very, very clean and fragrant. Everything is decorated with style and taste. The location is also good, only 5 minutes drive to the center.

Jess and Julie are absolutely lovely hosts! Super friendly met us once we walked into the property and made us feel welcome. The property was spotless. Beds were very comfortable and the property was warm and cozy. Kitchen had everything you needed to make a meal or just have a snack. Ski fields are less then 10 minutes away. Thank you for your hospitality, will definitely look to come back again!

We had a wonderful experience at the Landhaus SCHONBLICK. The owner welcomed us at the check-in ,he is very pleasant and really helpful! The room was wonderful, clean and tidy! The view is excellent and especially in the evening you can enjoy the panorama to the Carinthian mountains while having a barbecue on the terrace! Thank you so much! Fantastically located house. On the first floor the apartment, the owner is on the ground floor. There are 3 bedrooms all with bathroom and well furnished. A well equipped kitchen is available. You have a fantastic view, beautiful landscape. Very quiet and well heated environment with radiators. We really enjoyed our stay, the owner was very friendly and helpful. Recommended structure.

This superb accommodation exceeded our expectation. House is situated in quiet place few minutes drive from Bad Kleinkirchheim. Jess, our host was welcoming and helpful from the first minute we arrived. He showed us around the house and explained everything we needed to know. Kitchen was very well equipped and the whole appartment was spotlessly clean. Beds were comfortable and pleasant to sleep in. The view was amazing. We will definitely visit again.

In a wonderful environment a beautiful house. The kitchen is really well equipped and there is a nice barbaque on the terrace, where the view is just amazing. Each room has got its own bathroom which is really good. There are plenty of board games and toys for the kids, and in the garden you'll find the table tennis too. The house is in the perfect spot to discover Carinthia, many of the great sights, lakes and mountains or bigger cities are really close. And our host was just amazing. Lovely man, really helpful and he was super friendly. We had an amazing time there and hopefully we will get the chance to go back again, and also, we would recommend this place to anybody.

There really is nothing to complain about. Maybe it's that the vacation passed so quickly.

Absolutely amazing accommodation for two families with children. Everything was prepared perfectly, including basic food in the refrigerator. Kitchen very practically equipped. Wonderful views from the terrace, where there was a barbecue, lots of toys and deck chairs. Each room has its own bathroom. The host is an exceptional man with a heart in his hand. A dog and a turtle also pleased. Sleeping in absolute peace and darkness is something that a person likes to welcome on vacation. All trips are very affordable and we recommend buying a Carinthian card. We will be happy to return.

Nothing to mention.

Amazing location and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The hosts were really welcoming and very kind, always looking how to make our stay relaxing. The appartment was clean and disinfected before our arrival. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms, very comfortable mattresses, the kitchen is fully equipped (cutlery, tableware, dishwasher, etc.) and there were plenty of toys for our kids as well.

The holiday could have been longer.

The apartman is located in a fantastic environment, approx. in the middle of Carinthia, close to all sights.Very spacious, comfortable, equipped with all the necessary extras.The view from the balcony is beautiful, the sun shines all day, an excellent place for breakfast, and dinner as well.The hosts( Julie, Jess, AND Ted of course) are exteremely kind, we really enjoyed their company.
