the apartment is located on a hill so not very easy access for elderly people to the city centre although very close to the centre and there is a bus service

We had a great time at ArlHome. The stuff is súper friendly, the rooms are clean, perfectly equipped with an open wardrobe and Full WC, they have a fresh bread / bakery / Coffee delivery service that brings you what you order at 7.30 am, the restaurant is very nice and the price is reasonable. You can even borrow a Fondue for free if you want to do a Fondue at home, which they brought us to the appartment. There is a sauna / spa área that is open from 18.00 to 21.00 which is perfect after a long skiing day. We really loved this place, and we will come back next year.

We spent a beautiful time there in August. The hosts are wonderful, always helpful people (we got lots of tips on what trails to take, what dishes to try in the mountain huts). Perfect location, nice and spacious apartment.

Lovely apartment set in a beautiful location. Had all the facilities needed, with a great restaurant attached. The family owners were delightful and incredibly helpful!

Nothing, all was perfect.

We had an amazing stay at ARL Home. Family Spiss were great hosts, answered all our questions about the area, getting around and shared some tips. The apartment was very comfortable for our family. Its was quiet, with comfy beds and all appliances we needed for our stay. ARL home is located up the hill above the train station, but there is a great bus service for free that can be used, which was super handy, when going down to gondola/town with skis and kids. The sauna was perfect at the end of the day.

Very well insulated room - would have loved to have had a window to open at night (or some way to cool down) but being on the ground floor we didn’t want to leave the whole door open whilst asleep.

Facilities were amazing - everything felt brand new. Loved the fact there was a sauna in the building to use and the fresh bread delivered to our door each morning.

Great location - 10 minute walk into the centre or 5 minutes on the bus. The apartment was modern and clean and the rooms were massive with en-suites. The sauna/spa area was also so nice!

The only one drawback of the hotel is the location -- it is quite a trip from the ski lift / city centre, you need to really climb up the hill so if you want to be out and about, going back from skiing and then back to city again -- it is challenging. (especially with the pram) you can ride a bus though also for me the mattress was too soft

The staff is super helpful: they did laundry for us, arranged a fresh bread delivery and we felt cared for. The apartment was super stylish and clean and had everything we needed Also the restaurant was exceptional: simple but delicious and super convenient several floors below

The temperature in the apartment was very warm and we didn’t have manual control over it… had to open the window at night to avoid waking up in a sweat. It would have been helpful if there was a clothes horse as there wasn’t much room to lay out ski clothes to dry. One amenity other places we considered had that would have been helpful is a clothes washing machine – could have avoided having to pack so much!

Newly updated, clean, and modern. A spacious living room area and a nice view from the deck. Kitchen was perfect for meals in and it was a bonus to have a small sauna to ourselves. Ski depot in town by the lifts is really convenient – if you are renting skis do get them from Intersport for convenience. It is a steep climb up the hill on the way back, but the apartment is only 10 minutes from town… using the buses is the way to go.

Hand soap in the bath rooms would have been an advantage (in the sauna area they had an excellent shower soap. Maybe the same brand for the apartments possible).

Very very nice and well decorated hotel. The owners really took care of the nice premises and we had cleaning/new towels during the week without asking.

The only thing we wish we had was a coffee table in the living area, but that is very minor....everything else was awesome!

Martin and Simone were gracious hosts and made our family stay feel like home. Kudos to them and all the work they have done to rebuild and invest in such a fantastic spot!

a little bit far from the town but nothing too much to worry about

the room was so nice and so were the facilities. it was a little further away from the ski slope but the walk was honestly quite nice and refreshing. the staff were SO accomodating and lovely. had a gray stay
