The interior was a bit outdated, however this fits the style of the house. Furthermore the beds were very soft and a little short. Also one could hear the neighbors talk in the room next door.

Our room had bathroom separate with access through common hallway. That was mentioned in room description but I didn't read it good enough.

Owners were nice enough, don't be scared of some comments here. Room and bathroom was clean. Breakfast was ok, a lot of cold choices but nothing cooked.

Hospitality is 0! The couple that runs the place acts like you are staying there for free. They don't speak English which is unreasonable since 99% of the guests are foreigners. Ocasional smile wouldn't hurt you. It's super expensive. 100eur per night! In an old geasthouse with 0 facilities and service is ridiculous! Breakfast is pretty scarce. It's just to fill your stomach until lunch. But the major issue here is price and owners who don't know how to treat customers!

Location is really nice. Bad Goisern is a really cute city, you should def check it out. It's a15 min drive to Hallstatt so it's amazing. The beds are super comfy. It feels like sleeping on a cloud. The guest house is really cute and charming. The view of the mountains is stunning.

Poor room aquipment. No WiFi in the room. No fresh bakery for breakfast. We had to go for breakfast to the bakery around the corner. I can not recommend this place

Staff seemed rude and had no intention in trying to communicate in any other language then German. You would think they wanted us there, but when you're not even meet by a smile. It doesn't feel like it. The breakfast was awful, you could buy a better one in a super market for under €5.

Breakfast without many option. Room balcony with spiders net and dirt. Bathroom accessories dirty or broken. Pension owners with an unhappy attitude.

Location is not bad. Is quite and from our room we had very nice mountain's view.

It was very old. Not clean at all. The shower room smelled. The towels were worn off (so old ). The owner or staff was very unfriendly. No fridge in the room. It was breakfast only but he was bringing out very little buffet at a time and keep saying no takeaway. He even came to table and took the jams and honey pots before we left the table. We asked for tap water to fill our water bottles and he wanted to charge us.
