There is a hotel policy not to change the towels till after third night of stay. That means that you use your shower towel (like in our case) for 4 days before it is changed. For the price you pay per night guests should be able to choose if they want to support the environment friendly hotel policy or not with an opportunity to have a fresh towel every day. For the second evening we made a dinner reservation via the hotel app, which btw. offers 10% discount but we ended up waiting almost for two hours for the free table. App was not working or the staff didn’t take regular care about the same although we received a confirmation email. Behind the App is good idea, especially because the restaurant is open for everyone, so that Hotel guests can reserve their place on time, but execution was poor.

Good location, 1 minute with a car to get to the cable car. Nice comfortable room with balcony.

Sadly they were on a ‘pause’ so the restaurant and bar were not open. Required a 5km ride to Mittersill for tea.

Lovely rooms and a nice village. The Church bells alarm at 0600 was refreshing! We seemed to be the only couple staying, the staff put on a really good choice for the continental breakfast.

A dog friendly hotel in a lovely Alpine village. The property is very modern and provides really excellent value. The room was a good size, it had a balcony, a really comfortable bed and had a 10/10 shower. We used the restaurant and had a very nice meal. The staff were all helpful and very friendly. Parking was free and adjacent to the hotel. Would totally recommend.

There's no door to the bathroom in the room. It is an open concept, which is certainly not to my taste. It also fills the room with steam when one's taking a shower.

Very clean. Didn't spot a spec of dust anywhere. The restaurant on the premises is fantastic. Tried different dishes every night - all very delicious. Personnel was great. Very polite and attentive.

I have missed some glasses in the room. a kettle with a couple of cups would be great in the winter months. Breakfast was good, but I have missed yoghurt.

No-one on reception at check in or check out. We were later than our expected 18.00 arriving 19.15 Sunday eve due to accident on motorway. Was fine with paperwork and room key left out along with 4 others. With check out at 10.30 with 11am deadline would have imagined someone may have been available, receipt left on front desk. Not a major problem and understandable in a quiter location at a quiter period Something to consider re flies as we had around 12 in our room which after 1hr + delay to sleep in the evening resolving 10 left 2 which frustrated through the night and were resolved in the morning. A fly resolution is required if not a freak occurance.

the service in the restaurant was very slow.

the family room was amazing, with a separate room off the main room with bunk beds for the kids. we ate in the restaurant which did fantastic pizza and all just a short drive from the slopes.

Some of the staff members, especially in the restaurant, could be a bit more friendly. Not a really big issue, but it can make the difference for some people.

The rooms are large and have a modern interior. The beds are very comfortable and soft. The bathroom is also spacious. And everything was very clean. The restaurant here serves great food and the breakfast is excellent.

Very noisy location in the middle of the village We slept on the ground floor above the restaurant; we could not sleep of the noise above us No Corona certificate needed; no controle - no mask needed for the guest - we dit not feel comfortable!

Open network wifi with sign in, basic breakfast, no AC (room details at booking say it has AC, but then asked if they made a mistake and gave me wrong room was told that none of the room has AC), no kettle, noises from street and from restaurant, no one at reception (or answering any questions on booking app) and check-out took about 20 minutes and five staff members to do

Problem is organization of everything. Our room (booked 3 fam members) was prepared for one. Cleaning of stairways etc is done in the morning, when you have breakfast - you step across vacuum cleaners, etc. Lady on reception is very helpful, but seems alone - doing breakfasts, sometimes cleaning, sometimes welcome desk…

The hotel is very nice, everything is new, nice deco etc. Great location.
