The food is let down I am afraid. It is buffet style food and I don’t expect it to be boiling hot. Unfortunately everything was cold, tasted nice but cold. Good selection of breakfast items but again what is supposed to be hot ( eggs, bacon, sausages) was unfortunately cold.

Very good stay, room was perfect for 3 people. Staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel needs a better photographer, it looks a lot fresher and better in person than in the photos.

Not much briefing on how and when to use other facilities and shame restaurant wasn't open in evenings if only for Brotzeit. Jokercard disappeared from the app on our last day, luckily we had taken screenshots.

Friendly and helpful staff, spacious, clean room with loads of storage (great for family of four), good breakfast and central location. Jokercard was great for getting around and kids loved the Kaptain Hook pool.

The bike room was packed with bikes. Someone moved my bike around, but luckily no damage. Parking was also packed, but that is because was the highest season.

We had just a common balcony with other guests. There wasn't a kettle or fridge in the room. Parking was difficoult sometimes regarding the limited places.

The view was amazing, the beds were comfortable, everything was clean and tidy. We loved the JOKERCARD as well!

The hotel is decent, sober, more business style decorated (not Austrian / mountain specific - but this can be seen from the pictures). The cleaning is decent, however, we had days when the room was “skipped” by the cleaning lady (and after a bike day, you definitely need cleaning in the room). The rooms were large and spacious. Beds were quite OK, with hard mattresses, but the pillows quite bed and not comfortable. Sheets were clean, however, you can see the signs of wear and tear (there were holes in one of the sheets). Also towels were clean, but quite “old”. The breakfast room and the wellness facilities in Herzblut were closed and we had to go across the street to the 3 stars hotel from same group. Breakfast was decent, not very varied (same types of food for the entire week), but the products were of decent quality and everyone from our family could find something to eat. It is interesting how the hotel functions, at least during summer, for costs saving, using the neighboring 3 stars hotel facilities. We did not have problems, as some of us are early birds, but the breakfast room was really crowded, with lots of persons needing to wait for a table in a crowded area. Bathroom was fine, with good water pressure. All in all, if you benefit from a good offer (like in our case), it is a decent place (not luxury) for a decent cost.

Location within Saalbach and access to the Jokercard activities is excellent. We felt welcome with our 2 small children and the staff were lovely, from reception to the restaurant. The river outside the hotel added to the ambiance of the stay. Rooms were spacious and had ample room for a family of 4 and all our luggage.

In a hotel you expect the restaurant to be open every day - and later than 20:00. The pool in the pictures is not at the hotel - but it’s not more than 150 meter away. It closes at 19 - so no late swimmingpool after a day walking in the mountains.

Faster refilling of food and drinks for breakfast. The room was cleaned only once during the stay. It is too small, gets a lot of sand on the floor. Tried the buffet once,(first day) it was a big disappointment, and was not tried several times

The breakfast was completely traditional, unfortunately it was often empty of eggs and toppings. The hotel is centrally located. Quiet area with little noise from party happy people, some noise from traffic on the main road

I prefer carpets on the floor especially in the winter.

Very nice and cosy hotel. Although it is not located next to the ski lifts, it is just next to the main road with easy access to the main gondolas by car or ski buss in the season. We were there on the opening day, so it worked with limited functionality, so as everything else in the town. Lady receptionist was really nice and very polite. There are plenty of parking space, either in front of the hotel or on the parking behind. There are 4 EV chargers which belong to Salzburg AG and it cost 6€ per hour.
