Only thing was there are 4-5 glass bottle recycle container right in front of the building and the recycle vehicle comes 7:00 in the morning and collects them with a big noise.

The location is very good. Just 2 minutes away from a street where the restaurants, cafes, stores and metro are. The apartment is in a good contidition and clean. The staff is helpful and kind.

We requested additional toilet paper during our stay, but it wasn't delivered until our last day. Unfortunately, due to an early departure for our flight, we weren't able to make use of it.

One of us who arrived earlier was able to access it easily using the instructions provided by the host. The host explained everything clearly to me upon arrival. Communication with the host was smooth and friendly. The area offered a variety of local shops and restaurants, rather than just tourist destinations. This created a more authentic neighborhood feel, which I appreciated. Overall, I would recommend this place to others.

It is a very minor problem, but when taking a shower in the bathroom, water flows everywhere.

Great place to stay in Vienna, has a good location, all instruction was clear and we had a comfortable stay. There is a coffee machine, microwave and fridge but we had to look for it. Maybe it would be good to add some signs where to find it. Although we stay only one night, it matched with our expectations.

The ac was only in the bedroom and the living room was hot so we kept a window open and it was really loud from the street

The only problem was that there was no washing powder. Although instructions how to enter the room were quite detailed we still have some problems. It would be nice to add a photo of the keys box and put the build number on the doors.

We did have an issue with the flooding of the bathroom but were given extra towels when we mentioned and it didn’t impact stay.

There was an instruction how to manage getting the keys, so if you follow the instructions, it is easy to get them. The property is located very close to the main shopping street and to museums, but at the same time it was very quite, so we could get a proper sleep at night. Recommended!
