- Shower cabin seal should be fixed (there's a puddle on the flow every time after taking a shower) - In one bedroom (the biggest one) there is some noise when you walk on the floor (not sure what the reason is) - Staff disturbed us offline 30 minutes before check-out time

This has nothing to do with the apartment itself and therefore I would not reduce the rating because of this. But just to mention, that even though the windows were completely soundproof and we heard no street noise. there was unfortunately something strange going on in the apartment above the one we rented. It was as if somebody was doing some very extreme exercise (running, jumping) and it was also during the night) Although it did not disturb us too much, it was enough to wake us during the night. But again I would like to stress that this has nothing to do with the quality of the apartment we stayed in.

The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. The rooms were spacious and very well laid out. The shower was very good, also the kitchen had an oven/hob and a dishwasher (tablets provided). The beds and bedding were of a very high standard. There is also a lift in the building which was very helpful in our case. The accessibility to public transport is excellent, the tram is 2 minutes from the apartment. There is a supermarket and bakery on the doorstep and this was a great advantage also. Communication was excellent at all times and the check in and check out was easy and uncomplicated. I would highly recommend this apartment and would stay again without any hesitation.

Location was a little further from the city centre and major attractions than we expected. But was reasonably close to the train station which was a main consideration in our booking.

You have everything you need here. High ceilings look great, and you have a lot of space and feel yourself free. Keys from the apartment in a safe so you doing everything yourself without waiting or something. We liked everything, I can recommend 👌

There has been an issue with check in as the pin for keyboy was wrong. This was an issue since we arrived in the middle of the night, so we could not enter until tomorrow morning. We were contacted in the early morning by the Staff and issue was solved. Issue was that they changed the system that day so it was not up to date and was sending the old pin. Management gave us refund for that night and also for the hostel we stayed for one night since we could not enter. They also made sure that our stay was pleasant for the rest of the days. Beside for that one issue rest was good.

Accommodation is very cozy and comfortable, beds are very good, bathroom has a radio that is very nice detail, also its very spacious. It has all the stuff needed for 3,4 days stay. Also there is supermarket close.

We were surprised at how large the space was -- it was definitely no regular apartment. It was amazing and we wished we could have stayed longer. The location was easy to find and close to popular attractions. It was on a quiet street and offered comfortable beds and facilities that allowed you to maximise your stay. Well worth it!

This apartment is beautiful and was perfect for our group of 5 (could have slept 6 comfortably). Super large bedrooms and comfy beds. Only one bathroom and one half bathroom (one toilet), but that's clear in the listing.

It's an issue with most of Apartments in Austria, there is no air conditioning , whilst it's 30 plus degrees in the summer for weeks.

Apartment size is great. The living room is particularly large. Everything works well, no issues whatsoever.

Everything was great. Unfortunately we (5 persons) were forced to buy some toilet paper during the last 2 days of our stay.

We really liked the apartment – 2 big rooms, one bathroom with separate toilet, and one spacious living room. Very clean, simple, and comfortable, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. We used our car during our stay, but a tram station is located very close. Also, Billa and Eurospar stores are very close. Excellent written guidance from the owner which I never met. We get the keys very easily, following precise information. We recommend the apartment for groups of up to 6 (5 better). The surrounding area is quiet and nice.

The shower tray does not have a rim or sealer. Therefore, if you direct the watering can at the glass door, water can spill out of the shower and flood the floor. So, be attentive and careful.

Overall very nice apartment👌 Bright, spotless clean, with comfortable beds and everything you may need, including ice in the freezer) We were more than satisfied!
