The water in the shower was either very hot or very cold. It was difficult to stop the toilet from flushing constantly. The staff in the bar were not very knowledgeable nor very friendly.

We had a room with a wonderful view over the Danube. The bed was comfortable and there was a good fitness.

Far away from city center or from metro station. Cleaning lady knocked hard at our door shortly after 8:00 am when we were still sleeping. The “city view” is actually a view of an appartment block. The hotel has a problem with the hot water.

We were simply told that that room could not be given, imstead a room without Danube view was offered. It was a bit of a disappointmemt, a simple sorry could sound good. On the other hand, however, as a compensation, access to the top restaurant was offered with free consumption. To conclude, we are satisfied absolutaly...

Parking... Specially in the winter time, having a parking outside without any cover nor covered access is limiting. Also, there were 3 big holes (drain covers that were broken) and I ended up falling due to one of them so that was bad. Also, having to wait for reception to be available for you to "validate" your parking ticket was subpar.

The staff is very helpful, friendly and informative. We had dinner one night in the hotel's restaurant and the person serving us (Greta) was absolutely amazing. Hotel is very comfortable (rooms seem to have gone through a renovation) and it stays right next to the Danube which makes it quiet.

Too far out of town, two trains to get into the city. Had an awful smell probably from the construction but was dead smoke air.

Air con didn't work, telephone didn't work for me to contact reception for room service but I may have at fault. There was no view from the back of the hotel only the river and concourse. The location is far from any attractions.

The overall room was good but the matresses are very very hard and not too comfortable, first night we kept waking up. The shower temperature adjuster was broken and it kept going too hot (not ideal when the children were showering) or too cold. Had to keep adjusting it constantly also the water pressure was weak. Ww booked for 2 adult 2 children but only had 2 pairs of towels and had to call roomservice for extra towels. It would also be useful if a hotel as the Hilton would have at least netflix on their tv even smaller hotels have that here in Hungary. The entrance doors had zero soundproofing and we heard each crying child or running in the halls. We also had our room cleaned one day and they opened the window and it was freezing in the room, worst of all the sheer curtains were pulled so i didnt even see the open window until morning....no wonder the room was cold and since theres no traffic or sound outside we didnt notice. Lastly its far from everything but thats not the hotels fault, luckily the Stadium metro station was quite near. Discounted parking for the guests would be a big plus. Otherwise all good we had a great time.

Hotel was very nice although it was under serious renovation and most facilities didnt work. The room was big and spacious, clean. The tall older concierge guy with a british accent (i forgot his name) was super helpful and i wish to thank him again for all his help. The view was lovely from our room too and breakfast was great albeit not many varieties.
