Booking sent to hotel different specification of room, then I booked. (without kitchen) The apatrment could have broom and shovel for cleaning

Receptionist was able to give us good apartment as booking sent incorrect specification. The apartment was big enough for two adult and two children (4 and 7). Good breakfast. Close to Shuleck ski resort, but with kids is neccesary to go by car. Parking in hotel and also in ski resort is for free.

Pillows were rather uncomfortable, resulting in restless night and neckpain. Insufficient light in a bathroom. Little equipment in the kitchenette and only one blunt knife in the kitchenette. Outdated room decor.

We stayed here for 3 nights to ski in Stuhleck. Property has great location to access chairlifts even by foot and wearing ski-boots (8-10 min walk). Property has specious ski room, but would benefit from drying racks for ski boots and other equipment. Apartment we stayed in had great view of the resort, was very spacious. Kitchenette was useful but should contain more cutlery, pots or plates.

The room is poor, the beds are basic, not comfortable for watching TV or read a book. Into the rooms was only one chair, but we were 2 persons.

The hotel is located in a very good position. It is close to the slopes.

The place is magical. The nature, the village, the sights and the aromas in the air brought me back to the memories of my childhood. Our room was very spacious and cozy. Excellent service in the restaurant, very pleasant, helpful and kind staff. Cappuccino in the restaurant was so lovely! The breakfast and dinner was tasty and plenty. Eastern decoration on the table was so nice and there was joyful background music during the meals. Staff speak Hungarian or English. Bus stop is right beside the hotel.

In the 5 days we were there, the room was not cleaned once. Not a deal-breaker, but still… The dinner menu for guests with halfboard is much smaller than the regular menu. It‘s ok for 2-3 dinners, but then you get a little tired of the same dishes. Again: not a deal-breaker, but still…

Very friendly personnel, modern and well equipped apartment (1. floor), within walking distance to the ski lift. The food was very good, breakfast buffet was diverse. Temperature in the room was very pleasant, no food smell from the kitchen downstairs.

The sofa was broken in our apartment. Thus, the kids were not to comfortable to sleep. the kitchen was brand new but missed some kitchenware (which was not a big deal really). We had no hairdryer in the room and I had to borrow it from the neighbours.

it’s a newly refurbished property. We loved the bed and the kitchen. It was all fresh and nice. the location is perfect, very central. there is a good restaurant int he hotel - literally almost the only one open mid week. The local food is 👍🏻

The sofa was not so comfortable for sleep and kitchen in the apartment should be more equipped. Thermostat/heater was missing in the flat which is not problem for me, but definitely for ladies.

Staff was really nice to us and breakfast was delicious. I appreciated the balcony and enough of space in the apartment. Parking place just right by the building. Everything clean and prepared.

Typical nice Austrian hotel with fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds. 400 m walking to the ski lifts. Good Italian restaurant within the house. Very friendly Hungarian speaking personnel.

Our room was old, used and worn out, still clean though, that was major flaw but quite significant.

Good location, breakfast was fine, staff was nice. Good wifi signal allowing me working remotely. Probably some floors and rooms were renovated and good, but not our room unfortunately.

Very dirty and low quality place, also the newly renovated rooms and apartments. Bugs everywhere - on the walls and in the kitchen inside the dishes. Some places even obscure. Not enough staff, under qualified. Smells and voices from the restaurant present in the rooms above. Poor windows and in some rooms no curtains. Not enough cups and glasses in the room.

It has good location however parking places for the cars are limited

We had difficulties at arrival in checking-in. We got a completely different room, what we booked. There wasn't heating, hot water in the room. The receptionist wanted to charge much more then we got in our confirmation. There were only 2 chairs for 4 of us. The windows couldn't be locked properly,

Perfect location, big clean apartment with the views on the slopes of stuhleck, close to the lifts and all amenities. Fantastic helpful and polite staff. It was our second time and we will be back!

Basically, the equipment of the rooms and the apartments are acceptable (rooms, beds, bathroom) although the kitchen appliances (dishes, cutlery, glasses...) were a little bit incomplete especially it compared to we are talking about a superior / family apartment for six people. BUT the most terrifying and unpleasant thing was the 19 degrees Celsius that awaits us in the apartment. Several times (3) we broached this at the reception and we received that information: the guest can not set the temperature on the thermostat, because they set it up remotely in Vienna. Every time we were promised that they would be set it (22-23°C), but unfortunately it didn't happen that way. So we had to sleep in a temperature of 19 degrees Celsius, and to rest from the fatigue of the whole day's snowboarding. Several of us woke up with sore throats and runny nose in the morning which greatly worsened the next day's winter sports experience and may result in the possibility of more serious illness. For ex of me, the continuous nose blowing at night and in morning, caused nosebleeds the next day snowboarding on the mountain - it was not pleasant! - sliding with two pcs tampons in your nose. Wow! Note: the parents with small children I don't know what they would have done. - We were with a group of friends, it was also unpleasant.

The hotel has a high quality in many things, but the best one is definitely personnel. We felt warm and welcome, thank you a lot for our perfect time!

The hotel was under construction when we got there, and we were not notified about this, even though we made our booking well in advance. Besides the noise, and the many construction people everywhere, it also meant a dusty room- I was sneezing for days even after I left. Not sure if fo this reason but the room was in general dirty, the heating didn't work and there was barely any warm water. They should not have let us rent this room in these conditions. Also there was no breakfast (like it was promised) as there was no restaurant, because is was under construction.

The hotel is in a walkable distance from the slopes. They gave us some discount as the hotel was under construction
