Easy and flexible arrival, around 2 km from the nearest train station. The room was perfect and the price was perfect. I didn't even meet the owner, the key was in the door when I arrived. Shower in the room, the WC next to the room through the hall. Everything was clean, there was shampoo and hairdryed in the room. I would really recommend, deserved 10 out of 10, I was really satisfied. Thank you!

We have spent 3 days in this beautiful apartment that includes all the necessary services. It’s located in the middle of nature, the silence is assured. It is close to the Italian border, 15 min to San Candido. In addition the hosts gave has the possibility to stay a little bit after the check-out.

This is a wonderful place to stay in a beautiful mountain location, surrounded by fields on the edge of the village, with easy access to walking and cycling paths. I had a lovely clean and comfortable bedroom with a table, chair, shower and sink. The toilet was shared, but was always very clean. There was free use of a coffee machine which was great. I also got a guest card which allowed free use of the local buses which was really useful.

We didn't quite realize from the listing that in our room category the toilet is shared with other guests and the shower is directly in the room you sleep in.

The location is great, with just a few houses around and nice views of the mountains. The nearby bike trail and bicycles made available by the owner are a plus! The Sillian supermarket is 2 minutes by car. The hosts were very nice and they answered all our questions about the surroundings, amenities etc. The room was very clean and tidy.

The small unpaved path that leads to the property is easy to overlook or better said one does not expect such a path to be the way to the premises.

A very nicely designed room with a modern, high-end interior, a positive surprise in every way. Really nothing to complain about.

I loved the location. The Perfect place for a break from the city. The room was also really nice and the breakfast is delicious. The people are lovely and really accommodating. I would definitely stay there again when I am in the area and recommend it to anyone.

I could not get in touch with them, had to book another room in Lienz, sent the report to booking.com and the house lied about me staying in the room, and doing so could not get the refund as well... lying thieves

Walls and ceiling are thin, lots of noises until 12pm and from 7am. I would rate this apartment an 8 or 9 if it wasn’t for the insects. The windows are not covered with mesh and the front door doesn’t have a mesh dolr eithwr. Room was full of insects. Horrible.

No check in needed. Keys and instructions were all prepared. New and clean interior.

It was a clean, peaceful and accommodating hosts. We only stayed 1 night and we booked last minute (literally) like around 10pm. It was nice to wake up in the middle of nature.
