Apartment was big, but there were less carpets, tho the floor was pretty col, therefore i suggest putting in some more carpets. One big suggestion - 2 out of 3 window blinds aren't functioning, so maybe try to fix it. Mostly because the apartment was on the ground floor, so one night, in the middle of the night, someone knocked on our window and ran away. Not much big of a deal, but it woke us up terrified.

It was pretty cold in the apartment and it take one whole night and day to become warm. For 3 night stay we got only one set of towels and for extra set (small and large towels we had to pay extra 6€). First night TV didn't function and next night we figured out how to fix it.

I was there in February last year and it was a pleasant stay so I decided to book it again. Apartment has its own parking in backyard. It is spacious and clean one bedroom apartment.

Towel hanger in the bathroom is missing, so there is no place to hang a towel. Also, no soap or shampoo holder in the shower cabin, so you cannot put away shampoo or soap anywhere. Lighting in the apartment is very poor - its yellowish and more looks like candles than electric lighting. For a ground floor apartment it should be much stronger. Trash can for old paper is kept under the apartment window, so you practically cannot open that window. The main door for the passage entrance to the courtyard are very noisy and sound creepy in the night - they need to be lubricated.

We were in Apt.2 in the ground floor. A good value for money for Vienna standards. Internet is super fast and you have fridge, stovetop, espresso machine, kettler, microwave, dishwasher, waching machine, iron, laundry hanger and ironing table as well. There are electric heaters in the apartment, so no need to worry in cold days. Beds are reasonably comfortable, and the apartment was clean. Metro station is only a 3 minutes of walk away. Also there is a huge supermarket nearby, and just behind a corner you will find fantastic bakery and two Serbian restaurants, all open every day including Sundays. If you come by car, there you can rent a parking place just inside the courtyard. Generally, a decent place to stay for couple of days.

Everything was great, fully equipped kitchen, spacious appartament, private parking space, near bus and metro stops, market and stores. The communication with owner was transparent, helpful. Great for this price. Maybe it could be little updated, like less see through drapes or repainting the appartament. Would come back again.

-comunication with the owners or those who manage the reservation; - we were 2 kids and 2 adults, we found only 3 beds prepared and no option to self manage another one. Nobody answered on messages both on Booking, nor whatsapp. Finally, someone answered on the phone and solved our problem in the same night, but it’s very unpleasant to travel by car for 10 hrs, with to kids, to arrive late in the evening and to have to wait a solution for this in the night. Next morning, somebody else came with extra sheets and towels, probably because the staff doesn’t comunicate among each other either. - the apartment has parking, it’s the main reason we choose it. But it’s nowhere mentioned that it’s a question of availibility if you have a place to park or not. We had to pay before reservation and surprise! All the parking places were taken! We found a solution (a cheaper one actually!) but it’s not fair that theese things are not mentioned before because we had cheaper offers for apartments in the same area without parking and we took this one who was more expensive and we still didn’t have a place to park 😕

We had an unpleasant situation on our last day and that spoiled our experience. We are a group of Erasmus Music students and had our instruments with us. We were thankful to the owners for letting us store the instruments and luggage on the check out day in one of the rooms for free, until our bus arrived to take us home. The staff however was not informed about the agreement we had with the owners. So one of the staff members frightened us that they will call the Police and throw our luggage on the street for not having checked-out before 10 am. They didn't believe we had received permission by the owners to stay longer. Luckily, the owners called the staff and we were let to stay. However nobody even apoligized for treating us badly. It was not our fault that the staff was not informed about our agreement with the owners. But they thought we were lying, didn't try to understand the situation and find a solution, and treated us like criminals. Totally embarrassing and stressful! This is not a way to treat a client, and for sure not a way to treat children and youth.

The contactless check-in was easy. The owners were kind and helpful. The location is very comfortable.

The floor is not even throughout the apartment so be careful when going around bare feet. The lift was not available as the cleaner appears to store her cleaning equipment in the elevator. This was annoying as we had to go up carrying the suitcases (and the staircase is kind of narrow), most guests were over 65...

The place was clean and warm. There was enough space for everyone and there is sufficient equipment.

The apartment was not very close to the city center it was 30 minutes with the metro but you have a station nearby so that's OK. The building seem to be be old but the apartment inside was new so we didn't mind. Some hangers in the bathroom would be useful. Good choice for a short stay.

The apartment was very nice, warm, cozy and clean. For a few days stay was a good choice. It had also coffee and tea for our breakfast which was a nice touch. It was away from the city center but it had train and metro stations in a 5minute walk. Very close to Schonburnn as well!!! You cannot find very cheap rooms in Vienna, especially last minute as we didi, so for the price was a decent option.

I do not like the method of openning the main door where I should call a telephone number each time to eneter the Building. During the first few hours from reaching the apprtment I used my own mobile number which cost me roaming calls, afterwards and once I have Austrian Mobile SIM it is cheaper. I do think that the methadology of door open should be changed OR at least to be noted to advise the customer to have a local Mobile SIM Because of this problem, my overall rate of stay reduced from exceptional to very good stay

I like the location so much, the appartment was very close to market area where you would find whatever you want. Even you could find local market for vegetables and fruits. Also under-ground station is very close to the appartment and the main train station Miedling is also close where you could have the train to other city OR Vienna Airport.

There was no airconditioner. It was realy hot. We had reserved and paid for 2 cars, but there was no space for the second car. Luckely we could park it behind the first car.

Overall it was ok and easy access. Apartment had a large bathroom and enough towels for everyone.

Noisy gas cauldron in the kitchen used for central water heating. Especially in the evening when children need to sleep. Cauldron bottom safety cover was missing. For a children it is a must.
