You might miss a pool, we did not :-)

This stay was one of the highlights of our skiing season. Hotel has an excellent location for skiers, you cannot be closer to the gondola/chairlift. Walking distance to the village. Our room was comfortable, spacious, nice and clean, with a balcony heading to the skiing race slope. Whole stay was very pleasant, smooth. We enjoyed how everything was organised (breakfast, snack, bar, dinner, etc). All was as it should be, you didn't have to ask for personnel, as they were there when you needed them. They have very practical spacious wide ski lockers (for skis, helmet, gloves, with hangers and mirror on the door), fitness with a view. Hasenauer family is doing an excellent job. Thank you for being a great host.

Breakfast is amazing! Anything you can think of. The staff are super kind and friendly - they always remember you and your preferences. Always truly smiling and recommended us for routes in the area, along with the joker card (kind of ski pass) they gave us. We ordered dinner for one night and we were not surprised it was excellent as well (photo of the desert). In short, very highly recommended !

A suggestion. Adding one or two extra english language TV channels apart from news network ones would be cool. But hey, we were there to ski and have fun. Not relevant at all. really.

We've been everywhere throughout the Alps, hotels and apartments, and this one without the usual fuss, delivers subtle perfection, because good things come with the attention to details, we often see intention but utter fail in execution. Not on this one. Location is superb right next to the lifts, very good ski store next to it. Also there's a bus station nearby. Everything was remarkably clean. We had typical alpine room but apart from other places, it was truly functional; lots of sockets everywhere; bed, near the sofa, etc. Two big LCD TVs. Two sink bathroom. Walk in shower that doesn't leak to the rest of the bathroom. Quiet. Staff was always there without intruding with your daily stuff. An excellent and always in top cleaning conditions ski room. The buffet breakfast was really good and had everything you can expect without the usual annoying daily changes of fruit or bread that some hotels do. We'll come back for sure

the only reason not to give it a straight forward 10 is that I might have problem booking next time. Very helpful reception, a chef that is Michelin worthy. I will most certainly return here

located next to the gondola this is a well thought out and carefully designed hotel. the staff are excellent and the attention to detail is obvious in everything, service, food, layout-we’ve stayed in Hinterglemm a few times-without doubt this is the top hotel in the village.

Perfect location with direct ski in/out. Good lockerboxes in Skiraum and finally a Skiraum which is in the ground floor and not deep in the cellar behind 50 stairs :)

swimwear not allowed in wellness spa, I know this is common in Austria but being British I was a bit uncomfortable with this.

The location was perfect for skiing only a minute walk to the gondola. The hotel is beautifully presented throughout and spotlessly clean. The staff are friendly and professional. Excellent choice of food at breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner. The wellness spa is amazing.

Professional team, friendly host, exquisite food, new, clean and spacious rooms (check bluetooth speakers in the shower😉), relaxing wellness area, most importantly its right next to the new ski cable lift! We will definitely come back again.

The only remark is that there is no pool. We knew that before booking, however, so it was okay for us. Also, the rest of the spa area is very well done and super modern.

Very modern hotel, completely renovated with spacious rooms and a perfect location close to the cable car. Very friendly and helpful staff, free Corona tests every day, free welcome drink. The breakfast with its fresh orange juice and delicious bread was amazing!!! The view from the spa area on the top floor to the mountains is very relaxing. The gym is also spacious and has all necessary equipment. We loved the yoga mat in the room!
