I was here many times and I was always satisfied. The room was clean, the breakfast perfect for me, 5 minutes walking to subway.... I will come again!

Would have liked to have had a kettle in room for a cup of tea.

Good value for money. Excellent location to public transport. Staff excellent, friendly, helpful. Excellent breakfast. Breakfast staff were very busy but everything went smoothly. Very well run kitchen. Congratulations to staff for excellent work. Thank you, we would stay here again.

There was no one to receive keys when check out, due to the reception was close, so we needed to search for someone and it took some time :(

The property was good for the price we paid, the room was clean and the location really good, just like 5 minutes away from metro station.

A mini refrigerator could be a nice addition to the room. Would be nice to have an air conditioner in the first floor room too, due to the quite hot weather during our stay.

Very helpful and friendly staff, very good communication about our stay, even before we got there.Nice and quiet location, 5 minute walk from metro line U1. Breakfast good with many options.

The hotel needs a place where one can sit just in case one does not want to be in the room, like in a restaurant I did not like the fact that you can have early check in

The corridor fire exit door was always open and probably this is why the room was a bit cold, but the electric heater worked well.

Close to Underground station, very kind staff, multiple choices for breakfast for even a week. I hate when they come into the room, to do it, but here I could keep them away - no need to clean or new towels for only a couple days long stay.

Was given a smaller room compared to previous visits. Is it because it was booked through booking.com . Previously tea and coffee was available in the dining room throughout the day. No kettle in the room either.

I have no complaints. However Management should adopt a zero tolerance policy towards excessive noise coming from residents.

The breakfast was excellent with various items such as jams, cereal, hams, cakes, bread available. I must say much better than higher rated hotels.

The building work next door- can’t be helped but once done then the noise in the morning would be greatly reduced- they start around 8 which coincided with my getting up so not too disruptive.

A competitively priced hotel situated a few minutes walk from the underground train station which was 8 stops from the old inner part of Vienna, friendly & helpful staff & a nice breakfast too. Parking available at the hotel which was a little expensive I thought but would advise using as unable to park on the street & the nearest public car park was a few minutes walk away which I didn’t fancy with my luggage- spaces are limited so would book in advance. There’s currently some building work happening next door but they didn’t start too early & will hopefully only be temporary.

I booked a room with a double bed but was provided a room with twin beds. The bathroom fixtures need maintenance as the hot water taps were not functioning properly. Some of the eatables ( e.g. sausages, scrambled eggs) at breakfast were provided late (only around 7:45) so the early birds could not enjoy them.

Room was comfortable. Breakfast was adequate but needs to include scrambled eggs every day instead of sporadically. Location is great with connections to U-Bahn, tram and bus.

The shower seemed to spray out in all directions, but most of the stream went down the shower itself so was hard to get underneath the water to wash hair etc. possibly just slightly faulty shower head. Room was very warm despite turning the radiator off!

Great breakfast. Relatively comfortable room and very close to the U1 underground station so convenient for connections.
