Comfortable stay with spacious, clean rooms and a cozy workspace. Although there was only one elevator in operation, staying on the first floor mitigated any inconvenience. Breakfast buffet offered a decent selection of tasty options. A nice touch was complimentary water in the lobby for guests. Despite having checked out, we were able to stroll around the city and return for our belongings hassle-free. The friendly staff added to the overall positive experience.

Small bed. Too weak shower and weird position of the tap. I have expected slippers in the room.

Bathroom tap is too tightly close to the sink. Too less hangers for the clothes. If you’re a business traveler you may need more hangers. Mattresses could be more firm for my taste I hate that hair dryer is only available on request Out of 2 elevators only 1 functioned it took ages to get it Otherwise it’s a very good hotel !

The insulation in the room was quite poor, so we heard every noise from the hallway

The staff was very friendly. Location is perfect (5 minutes from U-Bahn). The room was comfortable enough, a little bit small but it was okay. Everything was very neat and clean.

Wifi was very strong around the hotel but very weak in the room. (Hotel said they'll order repairs)

The bathroom was horrible. The room had a second door to another room and we were very uncomfortable with this matter. The view from the room was to a tiny back yard and it felt like you were in prison or something. The radio on the tv didn't work. There was no TV programme in English - they were not active. The armchair in the room was dirty.

The person at the reception was very friendly, communicative and helpful. He even came outside to check and confirm if the parking spot we've found was ok and is free of charge.

First room had a dirty toilet. When we complained the. Service personnel didn't believe and checked herself. We missed a chair in our room and people were loud.

Close to center good value for money. Beds are okstaff is friendly. Car parking around the corner.

The hotel is very clean, near to a metro station, big store and another smaller grocery store, pharmacy and other key facilities. Not so far from the city center.

This time, room doesn’t so good like last time, because we don’t have a view, we looked to wall and between window and this wall is space where guests from higher floors throw garbage, and I think the room was litlle bit smaller then last time (we always book superior room 22m2), but in this room is too small space on the pass between bed and wall. Everything else was good
