I missed some wardrobe. For two nights ist OK to have things in a suitcase, but for more nights it would be uncomfortable. I missed place where I could dry towels. Room was always cold, even when I turned on the heating.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Place was quiet and everything I needed was reachable on foot.

The hotel is a good option for visiting Vienna. It is located within walking distance of Schönbrunn Palace and other interesting places. There is also a metro nearby to get further. The hotel rooms are good enough and clean. Breakfasts were good. There are also many places to eat around. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I really liked that, in addition to the option of own parking, we also received information about other (cheaper) parking lots nearby.

The hotel was very nice but the only thing I didn't like was that it was very busy so the cleaning was done late (after 2 pm) so that's usually the time I was returning from my early trip to rest a bit so I had to pass on the cleaning.

The room was a bit underequipped, there was no hair dryer.

The location was perfect. There was a P+R place nearby where the parking fee was affordable (EUR 7/day, Apcoa). Two underground station are located in less the 5 minutes walk and the Schönbrunn castle is near.

To us was not a problem, and I don’t know for a fact if it’s solvable or not, but Wi-Fi did not work. Also, for check-in we had to wait around 30 minutes, even though we were really tired.

Hotel Orangerie is located close to a subway station that takes you to the city center in ~10 minutes. This makes it ideal for exploring the city at its price point. Our room was spacious, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean.

The mattress was too soft. The room was not clean, the housekeeper just changed the towels every day but did not clean the floor. The breakfast was very bad quality and not a very assorted buffet. Just bread and cake nice. Last day we left very early and was not available the breakfast to go and the Egyptian guy at the reception asked me to pay for a tea, just ridiculous.

The staff at the reception, the Italian guy, was very friendly and helpful with the suggestion. Parking at 7€ a day just 5/6 minutes away from the hotel.

The hotel is simple, clean, close to the U6 and U4 subway stations. The workers are nice and helpful. If you're looking for simple, fuss-free accomodation while you explore Vienna, this is a good option.
