I thought the room could be a bit more clean

The location is great, very close to the U3 underground and accessible. The hotel is right in the middle of the shopping street however it was very quiet and relaxing. The staff and especially Sam from the reception were super friendly, nice and helped to pick up the best restaurant recommendations! Sam really made sure we’re enjoying our staying and was a great host!

The location was great, and the decor of the hotel and the room were really nice and shic. The staff were also very helpful. I was also nice to have a big selection of tea and coffee in the room.

I only stayed one night and the following evening it rained. It would be better if they would get me to book more nights and also deliver better weather in Vienna.

This hotel was a nice surprise. I had only booked one night, but as soon as I arrived I felt so comfortable that I looked into moving things around so I could get one extra day - alas, it wasn't possible to reschedule my other plans. The room comes with its own espresso maker with a bunch of pods already there, perfectly functioning AC, and overall just all the little touches that make a room feel comfortable. It wasn't especially big, but I didn't feel any shortfall. The common area is really nice, with a full bar, breakfast available, and a bunch of stuff just free for the taking - fruit, candy, coffee. I helped myself to apples and bananas and cappuccinos. At the breakfast, an enthusiastic young woman popped up and offered to make me an omelet. She said they were basically just plain omelets, but somehow ended up adding cheese and spices to mine, turning the thin crepe-like egg omelet I was expecting into something much better and more substantial. The desk staff were also really helpful, giving me info on the bike program and nice areas to visit and local laundry services (although they don't offer any), where I could get a new travel adapter (although they loaned me one in the meantime), etc. Their English was somewhere between native and impeccable, and they seemed to genuinely like being helpful and to want their tips and advice to pan out. Unlike other places I stayed, they were happy to stow my bags in the afternoon after I checked out.

• No traditional hotel amenities are offered (e.g. vanity kit, slippers, iron in room, etc.) - this is a trendy millennial minded hotel. However it would be nice if they could provide small vanity kit or some hair conditioner. • We also found the wifi slow but perhaps that was due to location of the room. • They’ll email you prior to the stay and offer mobile keys instead of physical keys but this wasn’t working when we arrived.

• Great location on main shopping street. Next to metro but it’s more convenient to walk to sights (15-20mins or so). • Clean and modern. Fun decorated rooms. Eg the stool was a modified suitcase for extra storage. Full size mirror was available. • Complimentary water, tea/coffee, and a biscuit upon arrival. Nespresso and teas in room too. Kettle was clean!! • Friendly front desk. Board games and snacks available in the “salon”. • One bedside table had wireless charging - so cool. • Bathroom was separate to shower/sink. Great if one of you need to take a type 2!

This place is wonderfully surprising, with an Austrian café style. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, the rooms were new and clean, and the location was excellent. I will definitely be coming back!

Great location close to all the shops and restaurants of Mariahilf :) you can either walk into the city centre or take the U3 tube right outside the hotel. The room was clean and the beds really comfortable. The room was nicely decorated and we liked the coffee provided in the room and lobby. Even though we had windows towards the shopping street it was quiet because there are not really restaurants or bars on the street so late at night the street is quite silent.

Great location staff so freindly and helpfull we had an early flight and we were offered something to eat well before breakfast time if we went back to Vienna we would stay again it was great.

- TV only offered Austrian and German speaking channels the night, no other international channels worked. We informed it Friday evening but nothing could be done... our fault to not do so in the morning. Monday, still nothing and we left Tuesday in the same situation. There was SO much to discover in Vienna, so we survived it well. - The fantastic and kind receptionist (Beatriz) was completely alone most mornings taking care of the reception as well as the breakfast for all the guests. She never complained and always served excellently, patiently and with a smile. In other occasions there was another young and kind lady to give a hand with the breakfast. - Internet was not encrypted, but something happened with the network and they offered all guests the encrypted hotel-team password access. Thanks! 🙏🏼 - When we arrived the room had not been cleaned adequately for a guest with dust-allergies, BUT this was taken care of immediately once we informed it and every day it was cleaned well. A big thanks for all the efforts put into this improvement! ❤️ - Toilet bin was broken before arrival. They knew and were awaiting for a new one. - The curtain towards the courtyard doesn’t cover away all the morning light. A thicker one would be better. - We got an automated message from the hotel via WhatsApp informing us about advance check in 2 days beforehand. We started doing it but it said we had to pay yet we had already done so several days before. I immediately contacted the hotel and they said not to worry as it was something from their previous system and reassured us that we had already paid everything in advance and we didn’t have to do that part, only to fill in the tourist information. From that moment on, we only did written communication via Booking.com. It went faster and clearer.👍🏼

Also fruits! + Modern and comfortable bedroom with surprises everywhere: Interactive QR-Reader wall map, stool in the form of a small luggage where you could store underwear clothing and other small things, the big mirror had storage place on the sides: for personal clothes on one side and on the other side were the coffee/tea facilities. Genius! Lovely! 👏🏼 + Great bed and pillows. I have back problems and slept well every night. Very soft linen. + Very quiet, we didn’t hear anything from the shopping street + Shower, sink and toilet facilities were good. Nice shower temperature. Ecological/sustainable soaps and lotion. + Vending machine with very good prices! + Our room was ready before check-in and the hotel let us know in case we wanted to check-in earlier. All was good!

This hotel is great! It is located in a pedestrian zone of Vienna near several attractions. It is safe. There are also lots of places to do some shopping, to eat, to just enjoy a coffee. There is also a post office around the corner. The room was big, the beds were very comfortable, and the shower was great! Breakfast was abundant. The ladies at the front desk were friendly and kind. The reception is also a bar! Lauren was very gracious and genuine. I look forward to my next trip to Vienna and to stay in this hotel. Danke!

Great location in the heart of Mariahilf street which is a central shopping area, various restaurants of all sorts and price range nearby, close to public transportation and easy to commute. staff was really kind and assisted with every question and request we had. The hotel's lounge had some nice board games for hotels guest to play in the evenings. Great value for money. very pleasant place to stay in.
