We stayed as a family of four and the staff at the hotel were really lovely. Everyone was helpful and friendly, couldn’t ask for more. Breakfast was really nice and the crusty bread rolls were amazing. We really had a great time. Thank you very much 😊

The room was small, dark and uninviting with old and low quality furniture, carpet all over (probably dusty), the windows do not close well (I need to put a pillow in front of it to stop the cold air coming in the room). Staff unfriendly, usually nobody at the reception desk, you have to ring the bell and wait for a while till somebody come. The management is not customer-oriented and above all unfair (I payed 4 nights but I stayed 3 nights, I asked to be reimbursed but the manager said this is not possible). Unethical business! Stay away from this hotel!

The hotel really did not meet my expectations for this price. The bathroom was outdated (the faucets should be fixed) and had a sort of random window into what I think was a ventilation shaft for the restaurant or the heating unit or something, so there was always a subtle greasy, musty smell in the bathroom and the room. That could be forgiven, because the room and the experience was overall OK, but for some reason the cleaning staff were always meeting up in the corridor in front of our room and having very loud private conversations, which could be clearly heard through the thin room doors. On Sunday between 7 and 8 am they woke us up by banging the doors, vacuuming and talking loudly for almost 1 hour, which was really unacceptable and I've never experienced this in any other hotel, particularly not one with a 3 star rating.

The room was large, nice and clean. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating about the time of arrival and parking arrangements, although they were a bit confused about everything. The breakfast was OK, but not really excellent.

Even though we inquired about parking prior to arrival in front of the hotel, we have received fine from the Vienna police. We have been informed we have to prolong the parking ticket every morning for the next day (before 9:00am). We have been at the reception before 9:00am to prolong the parking ticket no one was there so we went for a breakfast. When we came back to the reception at 9:20 the policeman already placed the fine on the car window (36EUR). They have been clearly waiting for 9:00am to impose a fine. Tourists are always the easiest target. From my point of view, it seems they are little understaffed and waiter seemed quite unhappy when we arrived in the evening hours for dinner (we have checked on the hotel website if they are opened and they were).

Despite its hefty price tag, the lack of cleanliness and utter disregard for basic hygiene standards turned what should have been a relaxing getaway into an absolute nightmare. Upon entering my room (the door opens towards lobby! yery odd) I was immediately greeted by a pungent odor that could only be described as a blend of stale sweat and old wood floor not cleaned. It was as if the room hadn't seen the light of day, or a cleaning crew, in months. The bathroom was even worse. The toilet seat seemed to have taken on a new shade of yellow, and I couldn't even muster the courage to step into the shower. The grime on the tiles looked like it had been accumulating since the hotel's inception. As I ventured down to the hotel's common areas, my hopes for a clean space were dashed yet again. The lobby, instead of exuding an air of sophistication, looked like a tornado had blown through it. The furniture was stained and worn, the floor looked like it had never met a vacuum cleaner, and the dust on the faux-plants was so thick that I could have sworn they were part of an indoor garden. I tried to salvage some semblance of normalcy by dining at the hotel restaurant, but that too proved to be a mistake. The table I was seated at had a sticky residue that clung to my menu, and I shudder to think about the condition of the kitchen if this is how they maintained the front-of-house. The combination of exorbitant prices and a complete lack of cleanliness is absolutely inexcusable. It's as if the management believes they can get away with charging top dollar while offering subpar accommodations. Save yourself the trauma and steer clear of this horror show of a hotel unless you have a peculiar fondness for filth and chaos. What bothered me most was the cleanliness of the breakfast area near the windows. It's as if the management had completely overlooked this space. The windows were smudged and the tables had sticky spots from who knows what.

Stuff was very unpleasant especially the boss. We even had an argument about the parking place, which is basically a street parking that needs to be paid. Another option is private hotel parking (max 4 spots) which is charged 25euro. The problem is they advertise the hotel as if the parking is included. The “reception” was empty most of the time which made the communication even harder.

The restaurant staff by dinner time was very unpleasant and persistently rude. I recommend all guests avoid the restaurant if they can. I had one dinner and one was too much.

We stayed there 3 nights. It was indeed an excellent hotel. The room are very spacious. We booked one family room and one double room. The double room had a sitting are and the family room actually consists of two separate bed rooms! The night we arrived, it was late and the kitchen already closed. However, they cooked for us and served us a very delicious meal. The breakfast was amazing, they had very fresh juice and freshly baked breads and all sorts of cakes. There are 3 bus lines running next to the hotel, so also easily reachable. Overall, very good experience and highly recommended to stay with family.

very noisy location, whole night you hear cars on the near street, bad old windows without noise isolation old equipment of bathroom, especially faucets, they should be changed hotel is not barriers free, stairs to the elevator (not good if you have someone on wheelchair)
