The WiFi was not great.

The hotel and staff in itself was amazing! Staff were so friendly and helpful, the hotel had everything we needed. Very pleased with the facilities, restaurant on site and location.

Soundproofing on the rooms is really poor. Every sound from the hallway and staircase was as loud as if our door was open. The mattress on the bed caved in the middle like it was well used. It can get very crowded but that can't be helped.

Breakfast was delicious every single day. They had many fresh made and healthy options. The view club was so relaxing. The relax pods, infrared loungers, sauna and heated outdoor pool were highlights. The view of the mountains was also stunning. Staff extremely professional and everything was sparkly clean.

Nice wellnes hotel in perfect position to discover Salzburg and area around. After all day outside the wellnes area with swimming pools and saunas are perfect. Excellent breakfast with big choice. A lot of parking spaces. Friendly staff.

A lot of places to hang out, big, clean rooms. The heated outside pool is very nice also when outside is cold. The food is delicious.

If there is one remark, you have to make a reservation for your seats at the bar apparantly? When you haven't done that, you could find no place. Even if all beds are available, it's reserved.... A first come, first served system would be better. I'm convinced that in that way everybody could enjoy the facilities at all times.

When we arrived, our room was not ready yet. Nevertheless, the hotel and its staff was very flexible and helped us immediately. We could wait and use all the facilities in the meantime. When checked in, all hotel facilities were amazing. We had many choices, in- or outdoor swimming pool, sauna, rest areas, hanging at the bar... really nice when you have travelled some time in the car. The room was comforatable and spacious. Nothing to complain. It looks neat and modern, everything you need is there, even bath robes for the swimming pool! Last but not least, the breakfast is AMAZING! Everyday was different, all looks fresh and tasted excellent. If you're vegan, like sweet or salty food, it's just there. 11/10 for breakfast.

It was only a shame it was quite empty when we were there, but this was during the week. It didn't feel so relaxing when we thought we were the only ones who could be heard in the bar, lounge or restaurant by the staff, who were all lovely and did nothing to make us feel awkward.

the balcony leading to the pool, yet still felt private. the pools and wellness set up, simple, relaxing and everything you need. The extensive breakfast buffet, something for everyone, super fresh and appealing.

The Service was excellent and our stay was so relaxing , all the staff From reception to restaurant were are really friendly and helpful, the location is just perfect for a walk close to city centre free parking, the swimming pool and rooms are very clean, food was delectable.

Mattress was a bit too soft. The property is a little bit far from anything so have to always use a vehicle. Reception staff does not really speak much english. The therapist at the spa speaks no English, so could not be agreed on with about details of treatment.

Small and tranquil, we enjoyed the delicious breakfast and indoor pool.

The property is at a beautiful location, over-looking the mountains but also close to the city and the Airport. it has a very warm and friendly vibe to it. The staff is really friendly and hard-working and they do their best to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

It's not a dislike but I didn't get to see the view club, I wasn't fully aware it was a different space to the pool area and didn't get to visit it. But il be back and will check it out again.

The setting, the rooms, the decor, the breakfast, the view, everything was amazing. Really enjoyed my stay here.

We stayed in the older section (guest house), and there were some occasional "sewer" odors coming from the toilet in the bathroom. It was not terrible with the door closed, but definitely detracted from the experience a bit.

The hotel is very modern and comfortable. It is overall extremely clean and pleasant. The breakfast was excellent, very well-outfitted. And they also provided a nice selection of Gluten Free breakfast foods for our Celiac family members.

The room has only one mirror and only a small electric kettle. The shower area was clean but the shower hose looks old and сoated. And I think "View Club" guests deserve a reserved parking spot.

Excellent hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The SPA area provides a lot of relaxing options and the restaurant offers nice breakfast/suppers. The room was clean and warm with easy access to the SPA area.

the main road next to the hotel can be noisy when the room is facing it.
