_ The hotel was a lovely decorated historical building and it was quiet convenient. _The breakfast was quite sufficient and diversified. _The breakfast room was lovely + I loved the classical music during the breakfast time ( it was a full Vienna experience) _ The room was nice in it's classical style, also it was quite clean and the bed was very comfortable. _ We loved the welcoming with a small chocolate in the room. Thank's for that. - Also, thank you for the painting kit which is given as a gift to my niece during the breakfast. _ The staff was welcoming and kind (overall). _ It was a good value for money (overall).

Just to mention that they are few stairs in the entrance - so you have to carry up your suitcases and can’t roll them in order to reach the elevator for you room.. not terrible but a bit inconvenient

It is difficult to find.

The breakfast room is a lovely space, with very pleasant classical music being played at a volume that is not intrusive, making it a very elegant place to spend the time. There are various choices at Breakfast. The location is very convenient. The historic building, interiors and furniture are really a feast for eyes. The bed is so comfortable.

I cannot think of a single thing about our stay that in any way made me or my wife unhappy.

This was one of the best hotel experiences of my life (and I'm 59 years old). The hotel is perfectly situated for a city break - ten minutes walk from the city centre but in a quiet side street. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Questions were dealt with immediately and with courtesy, and a minor problem with a window blind was sorted out efficiently. The hotel breakfast was of excellent quality and included in the price - given that breakfasts per person in decent hotels can be around the 30 Euros mark, and a good breakfast was essential to making the most of the city sights, this was an important feature of our stay. We were also delighted to be upgraded to an even better room than we had booked (indeed, a suite - it was my wife's 60th birthday) and the gift of a free bottle of fizz to celebrate my wife's birthday was much appreciated. Probably needless to say, the room was scrupulously clean, the bed was very comfortable, and housekeeping was top notch. In short, the hotel's excellence made a key contribution to a truly wonderful and memorable stay in one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

Very centric location just an 8 min walk to the Opera and city center. Staff was nice and helpful. Little fitness and sauna area were also a nice addition.

We really enjoyed our stay with you, the room was delightful in all respects, it was elegant, extremely comfortable and beautifully maintained and immaculately clean. Even though the room had a lot of supplies and facilities, there were no slippers. Otherwise, everything was great.

The hotel has a very good location, in the heart of the city, close to the main attractions. We have stayed in a triple room which was spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable and cozy. The staff is very polite and helpful. They helped us with any questions we had. The varied breakfast was delicious and there was a lot of food to choose from. Overall, I think this hotel is a great choice for any tourist!
