Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesReally.... Everything was pretty good... the fish one evening was less than fresh enough for a four or five star restaurant. Coffee was not available in the dessert bar after the evening meal, and the underground parking might be tight for anything for compact and subcompact cars.
Das Alpenhaus spa stood out and above four other excellent wellness centers I had used in the last twelve days. Louisa and other bright, skilled and professional staff focused on excelled in providing specific care and treatment requested by aching skiers. The treatments they provided was authentically therapeutic. I continue to feel the benefits of the Alpenhaus spa many days after staying with the facility. Thank you Alpenhaus and Booking.com

GermanySki room is through reception and a bit outdated but did the job. Drinks service is a bit slow as there was only one barman doing his best to serve everyone. We asked for rooms close to one another but in the end they were at the extreme opposite ends of the (long) corridors.
Nice, large rooms, well decorated hotel and very nice staff. The breakfast team were particularly friendly! Pool was a good temperature and clean. Food was good and had a lot of variety. On the whole the hotel was in a good location, nice views and was nicely renovated. We would definitely recommend if in the area.
