They waited for us even if we arrived after the closing hour of the reception. They served us drinks. Our room was exceptional with nice views. The breakfast was fresh and they always offered high variety of food.

Sliding shower doors sticky and loose. Sink did not drain well. But really I am nit-picking.

Property is located in a very quiet area outside Zell am See village (about 2km), but perfectly connected and close to everything you need. Main ski lift is 10’ walking distance from property or 5’ by bus (which you take just outside the property). Supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurant are at walking distance. Host is super nice and attentive and helps you in every way he possibly can. Definitely recommend. Good breakfast too.

Words can't describe comfort & hospitality. Suzanna, Mario, and Kotaiba are all so lovely and friendly. They do their best : Breakfast was so delicious 😋, rooms so clean, balcony so relaxing 😌 , All with a smile. 😃 The only thing we regret is that we couldn't stay much longer and get to know them better. A bit out of the center, but that's nice and quieter for Zell am See.

The hosts we're unusualy kind and helpful! They even make a newsletter every morning and put it by the breakfast table. It's the little gestures that count! Also everything was clean and comfy.

In the current summer situation someone could miss an AC in the room, but to be honest, it is not that hot place in the summer. So no worries about it.

The staff was very friendly, communication and reservation was very flexible. Free parking, 10 minutes to Zeller See, 20 minutes to Zell Am See city centrum. Bakery is near from the accomindation. Breakfast was tasteful. Nice view from rooms with small balcony.

The staff were really superb. A personal welcome and excellent service from the whole team. From detailed info on local travel, use of Kaprun card, to making fresh omelettes to order. Liked how they set up your own breakfast table with daily leaflet on local activities. Staff making sure you were having a good stay. Our room was a good size with balcony and very comfortable. Nice and quiet. Handy for (free) local bus into centre only 5 mins. I would stay again.

Overall is good, maybe the location could be a little bit far from center, but it is not big deal, because even close to it there are some restaurants and a supermarket (There is an Arabic Halal super market too).

The place was very nice and cozy. The owners were very friendly too - Hassan, Mario, and Suzana were very nice and friendly. The place is like 30 mins walk from the city center, but you do not feel the distance, because the walk is very nice and you are surrounded by nature. You walk like 18 mins from the hotel then you have the lake which has amazing views. The owners tried their best to make our stay good, which is so cute. I recommend this place.

The hotel location, price and staff were great. The staff were very supportive in explaining the nearby entertainments and anything else you need support with. The breakfast was delicious, they cook your eggs the way you like it, which is better than some 5 stars hotel where you only get the scrambled eggs.

Me and my wife enjoyed a lot the stay at the Hotel Landhaus Zell am See, the staff is very kind and attended our requests and have a very good english level. The place offers great value for the price including the region's summer card and breakfast and for an extra there is a nice dinner menu at night which we recommend. The rooms are tidy and comfortable and offered all that was necessary for our stay. Free parking in the hotel.
