Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomHousekeeping was not its best, there was a blueberry stain on our floor upon arrival and was never cleaned up, the back of the beds could also be dusted throughout the stay. Overall hygiene was good standard, under beds cleaned, sofa and table frequently wiped down on turn down. Just very small details
Incredible stay, the team welcome you on arrival with sparkling wine, a delightful room listening to our requests. The detail of design and guests is impeccable. A safe local spot, just a 20 minute walk from any historical features, and even in the night time the windows are soundproof.

IrelandThe air con in the room didn't really work and we had to leave the balcony door open most of the time as it was so hot. The sauna was also not very hot and the key cards we were given for the room were really battered and could have been nicer.
Great hotel with lots of attention to detail. The room was lovely, a little on the small side but well designed. Very comfortable bed and loved the shower. The trolley that came around with the welcome drinks was a great touch too.

IrelandIt is a little far away it from the centre and while it is right next to a metro station this does mean you have to travel for 15-20 mins if you want to go to any of the tourist attractions Breakfast is in the rooftop restaurant which is beautiful however it’s worth noting it takes approx 45mins-1 hour to be served as it’s quite busy so if you are in a hurry this isn’t the place to go There is a strong smell of stale food/grease in the hallways and elevators. Rooms are very warm and can’t be lowered to a cool setting which can make it difficult to sleep

United KingdomThe room had an excellent feel- homely, functional, and romantic. We particularly liked the traditional and Parisienne design with plenty of bonuses. Rooms were turned daily on request and restocked without hesitation. Despite being so central we had silent nights, even with the window ajar. We were even given a free room upgrade due to a cancellation which was a lovely start to our stay. We liked the relatively quite quirky, small, intimate size of the hotel. Motto Brot was excellent too - fab breads and almond croissants!

This property is superb! High quality in every fixture and fitting. Exceptional attention to detail in design and execution, resulting in very comfortable rooms and a welcoming atmosphere throughout. Front desk staff were brilliant - warm, attentive and efficient. The restaurant is gorgeous and food was outstanding.
