other guests of the hotel were very loud and there was no one to take care of the atmosphere and noise level at the hotel. there was no air conditioned in the room and it was super hot on that day. we had a terrible experience with the open window because we could hear all the neighbors in the room

Very, very loud. We arrived very late (about 2:30 am) and there was a party going on that continued till 4:30/5 am. very disturbing. I can imagine how annoying it would have been had we had been there earlier, trying to get to sleep. as it is we only had about 4 hours of sleep till the noise calmed down.

I liked the self check in, the lockers, the modern room.

The rooms have only beds  and wardrobe, no refrigerator, no water glasses, no air conditioning, only fan. It was very hot in our rooms and we could not open the windows, because on the street under the hotel there are several bars that worked until 04:00,

I have nothing against self check-in as long as it works. well, it didn't, I had to call them and walk all the way to the other hotel, where I checked in the regular way.

I did not like the fact that we had to change rooms after a few hours. The personnel was pretty rude and didn't want to let us inside the building when he opened the door even if they saw that we were looking for the code to go inside. One of the neighbors was drunk and bothered us.

The idea of an innovative pattern. It was clean and when we had problems with the electricity, a solution was quickly found.

For our room, there was a double reservation. In the morning at seven o'clock, they started to clean the rooms very loudly. The lady and man were yelling at each other and we woke up. Then at nine o'clock, one of the cleaning people knocked on our door, woke us up and told us to live the room because they had to clean the room. Someone must talk with the cleaning personnel, warn or chance them.

The bed was very squeky, even the slightest movement made noise which was quite disturbing during night. The bathroom wass little dated, but OK. No parking possibility.

The accomodation is right in the center, our appartement was situated in the backyard, not the main street. The accomodation was basic but sufficient and clean. The price was good.

There wasn't good parking nearby and you can't stop in front of the hotel with your car. There was bike and car parking on the corner but it was full most of the time.

The room was big and comfortable. Some rooms even had balcony and/or a kitchen. It is easy to get there and it's in the center. There was no breakfast, but you can buy food nearby. Wifi was great :)

Bathroom fan didn't work, bathroom light above sink didn't work, beds were extremely old, very hard and noisy, neighbouring rooms were very noisy too! Machine downstairs in reception sells bottles of water - it ate 3 euros in change and never returned any bottles of water or my money. Never once saw any staff in the whole week we stayed there.

Good location, handy to move around Linz, also handy to have a code to enter to building.

The room has the window looking into an interior shaft of the house, so the room is rather gloomy and without light. The bed matrasse was horrible.

It was very clean, and there was an external heater in the room.

Sound proofing is really poor. A group of partying people came back at 5am and were extremely noisy. As there is no staff, there was nobody to remind them to respect rules, and it was like they were talking and laughing in our bedroom..

Location is perfect. Check-in and checkout are easy (no contact) Bedroom and bathroom are clean The price is correct !

With my back pains it was a bit difficult to step in to the bath tub. More info needs to be explained about the other property where breakfast is served.

At first it was strange not seeing any frontdesk. But the response by email and text messages were very efficient and gave a feeling that there was a team looking out for the guests. For rooms in the centre of the city they were quite spacious.

There isn’t really anything i dislike about the property. The only thing I personally didn’t love was the cows painted on the walls in the room, but i guess I should’ve expected that when i booked a cow themed hotel. Other than that i had an amazing experience.

The hotel is very central, so everything is in walking distance. There’s a train/bus station 2 mins away from the hotel. Everything is within walking distance of the hotel. The property is very clean and the bed is comfortable.
