I recently stayed at Hotel Kaffeemühle and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's location near the airport transfer bus stop made my arrival and departure incredibly convenient. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to various transportation options within the city made exploring Vienna a breeze. Not too far from the Westbahnhof by foot, so you can reach wide variety of public transportation towards the different attractions to the city. The room is clean and spacious, but not the newest design.

The location is good. There's a tram stop very close that will take you to the city center. The breakfast spread is decent. Close to westbahnhof as well. Good for a night stay.

The stuff in the reception was really helpful and kind. The room was big,clean and warm. The hotel was 5 mins from metro and there is a tram station right outside so you could be in the center just in 15 mins. Totally value for money!!

1: Inflexibility with check-in times that starts at 15:00 and ends at 22:00, so if you want to actually do something on the day you arrive, you'll probably be missing the bigger museums that close at 18:00 or missing any late-night activities, unless you come back to the hotel. When asked if the check-in could be moved forward an hour so we could check in and be on our way, they told us they can't guarantee anything other than 15:00. I worked in the industry, this is either complete inexperience, lazyness or a too rigid system of management. 2: Asking how the parking and EV charging would work with their partner garage made everyone super defensive and nobody knew anything specific. Garage attendant was there by luck, but didn't speak english so I figured I'll improv it when we're leaving. It was dead simple in reality: If you bought a discounted 24 hr parking ticket at the hotel, you use that to start the charging, and use that to pay for any extra time and/or the charging fee of the garage when exiting. Not knowing this is pretty weird, considering the hotel is the one who sells the 24hr parking ticket to you, and it's not like 2012 when there were no EVs around... 3: Place is a little bit run down, old tiny elevator, scuffs on walls, cheap old-ish furniture, but I guess most of the money goes towards the location in this one, so it's an OK value.

Breakfast was ok, ease of parking, pretty good spot near the edge of the inner city.

The soundproofing is bad, you could hear everything going on in the corridor. Luckily my room was towards the end of the corridor, so not many people went all the way there, but it must be annoying closer to the lift/staircase.

Super location and very well connected! The room was spacious and clean and the bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast as well.

The whole hotel could use a renovation. The equipment in the room was quite old but that did not bother us too much. The worst were the thin walls between rooms. I could not sleep well due to my neighbour's loud snooring in the next room

Good location. Tram right next to the hotel every few minutes. They have a large parking garage (18€ per day). The room was avarage - good for a short stay. Breakfast was tasty. Very nice staff.

The rooms are not soundproof, which means you might hear what the neighboring guests are doing or talking. The corridor to the rooms forms a landscape distinct from the rest of the hotel.

A very well-located hotel (really close to Wien Wbf), with the minimum necessities for one or two days of sleep in Vienna, with clean rooms.

We’d appreciate a simple kettle with tea at the room, but apart from this, everything was great.

The hotel room was very nice! It was much bigger than we expected and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was big and clean.
