The room smelt moldy, the ventilation wasn't good and the air conditioner wasn't working so I had to sleep with the window open. The only good thing is the bathroom which was nice and clean and spacious. Extra towels too. Overall not a bad experience. But probably because of the construction work going on, it wasn't a pleasant experience

The hotel is under renovation, so the lobby practically does not exist for the time being. The luggage room is not locked, it is accessible to anyone.

The room was very comfortable, nice bed, furnitures arranged just perfectly, enough sockets and placed well. The bathroom was spacious and super clean.

They have no kettle in the room and supplies for coffee and tea. The only 4 star hotel without this. In England, even a 2 star hotel would have tea kettle. The bath tub needs a handle on the wall, for stepping out, to avoid falling. The front door opens outwards and not inwards. The internet is unprotected with no password, you need a VPN to have security. The breakfast was unchanged over 4 days.

The size of the room (Superior Double) is very large if you choose the one without outdoor verandah. The rooms are well lit with about 9 lamps. The windows can be opened well for ventilation. The location near the Wien Hbf was good for trains and underground and for even eating food or buying food. The breakfast was reasonably good.

The hotel is a bit shabby and it was under construction as I arrived. I don't know if it's bothering during the day as I arrived late and left early enough. Mini bar in the room was empty, you have to go downstairs to buy things, and a so called bottles of welcome water was 4 EUR - it's a bit of a rip-off considering the price per night. No kettle in the room either. Overall, nothing major but those little touches that make your stay more pleasant were absent

The hotel is conveniently located close to the railway station. The bed was very comfortable, the room quiet - it was facing the back yard. I had very good sleep. Breakfast was not too diverse but good enough for me. Overall I had a nice experience as for one night before two trips

Location was spot on for train station also near for seeing The Kiss at Belvedere walking distance. Good selection for breakfast and times. Beds are comfortable, slightly tired decor but seems they are in the process of refurbishing. Very clean this did not bother us.

it’s in renovation at the moment. but this will make it great and shine again. traffic from the street is very noisy. but it has double glass so you will hear nearly nothing.

I really liked the old fashioned (traditionell) style of the hotel but some new things are added. for example they use keycards instead of keys. I also had a old writing table in my room which helped me boost my creativity. The staff is very competent and very friendly.

d/t ongoing renovation it was noisy and reception was disorganized. I couldn’t figure it out bottle water business. In the room was bottle of water which you had to pay, but apparently you had to put a sign on the door for housekeeper to get you a voucher which I had to exchange in the reception for bottle of water. aIt did not make any sense. So I did not get water /???/ No wifi as well

Excellent water pressure in shower, comfortable bed, and excellent European continental breakfast! Excellent location, just a few minutes from the train station - you can easily walk there with luggage.

The bathroom was fairly newly renovated, awkward space in shower where you also stepped up and was slippery. You had to get right into the corner to get the water on yourself. I understand difficult spaces can cause these issues. What was terrible was the toilet that came out of the wall, the not wit that installed it placed it way to high, it was the most uncomfortable situation when going to the toilet. I was not expecting that from a country that usually does workmanship well. The plumber that did this job needs re-training and a boot up the bottom because it was the worst toilet experience of my life.

You had to get in a bathtub to shower and the shower head was positioned on the side wall close to the wall instead of at the end. It simply made it difficult to shower.
