Bathtub was amazing and very helpful after a long flight and long day of museum going and visiting family. Shower pressure wonderful ; bed large. Location is amazing - so close to downtown sites , Albertina and opera house ; yet incredibly quiet! I get migraines after long flights, and my room was amazingly quiet for such a central location.

A super comfortable bed which was what we needed after a along flight, extremely helpful and friendly staff and amazing breakfast with the best gluten free buns and bread I have ever had.

Bathroom a bit small

We spent 3 nights (2 adults, 2 10yo kids). Boutique hotel. Excellent location. Very clean. Bathroom a bit small but nice and very clean. Most of the time there's no one in the front desk, which we actually loved as it gives the feeling of a very nice hotel room with an airbnb vibe. As a 'base' for a Vienna tourist - just perfect. Great price/value.

At times during the night you could hear other (louder) guests through the walls. Also the bathroom ventilation was a bit noisy.

The room was quite spacious, clean and comfortable. The location is really good, as the city centre is just a 10 minute walk away and the Naschmarkt is just around the corner. Their excellent breakfast had lots to choose from and was made with love! The staff was very friendly and the whole experience uncomplicated and well-organised.

Friendly staff. Clean rooms. No kettle in the rooms but there was a kettle in the common area by the reception that also had complimentary tea and a coffee machine with coffee pods. Nice breakfast spread. Location close enough to town to walk easily.

Super cute place. Perfect location. Cute little street, we had room facing the street but no sound could be heard. Very nice rooms. Lovely staff. There were even toys waiting for my baby girl. Breakfast was delicious!! Great bar right next to the entrance. I will recommend to all my friends planning to go to Vienna.

Location is perfect. I stay here whenever visiting Vienna (every few years). Good quality, breakfast and security. A little disappointed to learn the champagne had a cost but...we wouldn't have been able to drink a whole bottle anyway! :-)

Amazing breakfast!! Very quiet rooms, comfy beds. Cosy hotel, perfect location. Close to the inner Stadt. Safe and cheap parking in parking house next door. We will definitely come back next time we go to Vienna.

The bed was a bit too soft for my taste and there is a hollow between the two beds in the middle.

The location is great, nearby the main sights and public transportation. Our room was nice, clean and cozy with all things necessary. We stayed for two nights and on the first morning ordered breakfast to the room to celebrate a birthday. The food was great and it was displayed beautifully - and there was also a glass of champagne. Nice experience!
