Although on a busy street, walking into the old hotel was a a step back in time which we liked. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The bus stop and direct route into the old centre right in front is an asset. As there was no fridge in the room, staff was happy to refrigerate some of my food as I am Celiac and always have food with me.

The breakfast is good but pricy. It would be nice if the room has a kettle.

The hotel is outside of the main attractions but you can easily get there by the bus just in front of the hotel. The hotel has its own parking which is very convenient. The staff there are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend you stary here if you drive to Salzburg!

Unfortunately the hotel does not serve diner anymore. (Breakfast is served and quite good).

Passing through on our way to Croatia we decided to stay 2 nights here so we could spend a day in Salzburg. The hotel is not to far from the city center and there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Staff is friendly.

The bathroom in our room was a bit smelly but our friends in another room did not have this problem.

The hotel itself is nice and the rooms were big and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location is out of town but with a bus stop out the front which makes getting into old town easy.

Nothing that the property can really control but watch out for smokers. There are a lot of them and they congregate in groups (because they have to, is a no smoking hotel) sometimes right outside the rooms.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Everything was clean and the location was great if you want to be a little outside the city center.

We could not adjust the air conditioning and it switched itself off!

Breakfast was not included in the price, they charged 14€ per person for each breakfast... The rooms are small and without air conditioning, 33C with windows facing south, it was very hot. The windows were equipped with shutters, which were difficult to close...

The rooms were clean and had a fan placed in the room which helped a bit in the hot weather. Location on a big street, bus stop right at the door, 20 minutes to the city center by bus.

Breakfast was a little expensive considering the amount we were likely to eat. there is an excellent cafe about 50m away.

It was clean,comfortable and in a good location but somewhat out of town. The bus service outside was excellent. The reception staff very helpful.

The room was a bit small and the bathroom a bit cramped. Loved the scenery around the hotel. The breakfast was good but people with allergies should be considered more like alternative milk and foods for example maybe fruit salad. Overall was good.

No.lift and we were on the top floor.

Whilst the hotel is slightly put of town this is no bad thing. It gives quietness from the hustle, bustle and traffic. The breakfast was good and plentiful. Ample parking that had a small fee to doing so.

Travelled by coach to Salzburg and then needed a train transfer then long walk to get to the hotel. Didn’t know about which bus to catch

The property had a fantastic location it’s little far from centre but bus stop is quite near, and the amenities provided made my stay extremely comfortable. The villa's spacious layout and well-maintained garden added to the overall experience, creating a relaxing and memorable getaway.
