A room at the front would have made this a perfect stay as the view from our room was disappointing and a steam train ran past several times making quite a noise as it passed.

The room was lovely- very clean and fresh. It was well decorated and the bathroom was of a good size with a super shower. The bed was comfortable . The included dinner was excellent- very filling with a really good choice of meals on the menu. Breakfast was also excellent, again a big spread with lots of choice. The restaurant was spacious and the service very good.

Everything was amazing! Dinner was great, breakfast was outstanding. Also, the spa was a really nice way to relax after a long drive. We had so much fun with the staff at the bar, we were pretty bumped that we only stayed for one night. We will come back for sure! Also, the rooms were very clean and modern.

The hotel was in a fantastic location. The owners and staff couldn’t have been more attentive during our stay. If we requested anything in conversation it wasn’t forgotten about so the attention to detail was magnificent. Food was exceptional.

Fully recommended. Very nice family and filling home hotel. Very pleasant and helpful staff. Every day high level cleaning service. Country stile but new modern technology construction design interior with much original wood etc. SPA area with different saunas, swimming pool, fresh towels, etc. Dry sauna has inside window with magnificent mountain view, undescribed beautiful relaxation zone with up to ceiling widows and balconies. The restaurant deserved a Michelin Star for sure! Beautiful and comfortable lunch and bar area with a nice and high-level interior stile. What to see and where to go? – never enough time to visit all the magnificent places, mountains, lakes, boats, historical train and parasailing lakes around. You would love to come back again.

Insane value for money. The whole property was immaculately clean. Our room was huge with a balcony overlooking the mountains WOW. The facilities were awesome & we made the very best use of the steam, saunas, foot baths & rest areas. You can sit in a sauna overlooking the mountains WOW. The food was amazing, every night was a 4 course meal. The food was great quality & Mr Huber & the team ran everything with precision & ease. All the staff were very attentive, helpful and friendly.

It would have been nice if the Spa was open for a longer time. Vegeterian food options for dinner are very limited.

The location is very ideal. The staff was very friendly and always ready to help. The cheese and vegetable omlette at the breakfast was amazing. The Achensee toy train passes right by the hotel. The bar area is cozy and warm, perfect for a drink or coffee.

The food experience you have in the hotel is included in the price of the room already, it's just amazing. The staff was really friendly even though some of the reviews can say it can be hard to communicate with them in English, I haven't had any problems and they were always trying to help. It's a shame a stayed for only one night there.

Really, there was nothing that I could suggest for improvement. They seemed to have looked after every detail that matters to their guests.

ALL of the staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful and kind. It was the kind of place we didn’t want to leave, so we stayed an extra day! The room with its fresh wood finish was great - a very nice room to have. We enjoyed the meals which can only be described as gourmet. They were incredibly tasty, and we had a nice choice from the items on the menu, which changed each day.
