Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

PolandThe stuff could be a little bit more friendly at some points and not be pointing out what the guests are doing wrong ;). But the breakfast waitress were super cool :)
The rooms are spacious and comfortable, very good food, great nature around and walking landscape. Very close to the city center and ski lifts. Great saunas and swimming pool inclusive, just 100 meter down the hotel.

Czech Republicthe fact we’ve read on the hotel’s website the entrance to local wellness/sauna/ spa is included in the price but when we arrived we found out wellness was temporarily closed. We booked this place mainly for this but when we found it out we were little disappointed. Maybe if they have mentioned on their website they provide this option also to write that spa is only open during certain period of time, I would appreciate it. During breakfast I would appreciate not only cold options but maybe some warm options too- omelette, porridge etc. Slight change in repertoire would help too. Also we’ve read on the hotel’s website they provide more options for dinner but for us it was only vegetarian or 1 meat option. I don’t prefer certain types of meat they serve but didn’t have a choice to have anything else. However when I mentioned the last day to them I wouldn’t like the pork to eat for the 3rd time in a row they offered us turkey meat.
the place is really clean, location at the town is really nice close to the little river, the owner of the place/manager responded to our request promptly before coming that we could use the family room for 3 people although booking allowed us to book it only for 2. nice deserts after every meal

HungaryThe food is really cheap. Dessert half banana with sour cream. There is no coffee machine, so you can choose coffee or coffee with milk for breakfast. There is no speacilty for breakfast it is the same always. Please the hotel is nice just improve the food quality. Wifi is poor, you are not able to work from here if you plan a business trip.
The hotel location is at the and of the town, right the tourist route. City centre 500m, train station 1km. Receptionist fast and kind checkin good experience, waiter is kind and helpful, cleaning ladies do a perfect job. Room is spaciuos with TV, but better to view the mountains. The garden is perfect, there is biliard room, there is tabel tennis in the garden,
