When I was trying to check out, I rang the bell several times. I had to wait almost 20 min to get someone to help me. I practically had to go into the kitchen to find someone.

Very little to complain about here. Perhaps a coffee making machine in the room, and nicer quality bathroom products, would be nice.

The room was clean, spacious and in good condition. The food was all fabulous. We enjoyed the sauna. Last but not least the staff were wonderful. No complaints!

We thought that 144 Eur per night was a little bit too much for such a hotel, especially with the service that they are offering (e.g. the breakfast was very poor). We also noticed that -one of- the owners (at the reception, and managing the breakfast) was not so welcoming, which was surprising for such a family business.

The hotel is very well located, not so far by foot from the train station. The room was very spacious and clean. The amenities are old and simple, but not so bad. The staff, working in the restaurant at night, was very nice.

We came at the facilities on thursday and they had a "Ruhe Donnerstag" at that day, so no dinner. At the time of our stay the construction machines worked around the hotel, but this is a current problem, surely next time the surroundings will look (even) nicer. the price could be a bit lower.

For Alpe-Adria Radweg cyclist the location is ideal. The breakfast was excellent, rich and the choice of different types of food was great. e-bike storage is available with charging units.

Nice room and location. Very spacious with good view on the mountains. Restaurant is delivered good food and the staff was very in friendly. Plenty of parking space and nice accessibility. Big garden and sauna also available.

Be aware that the hotel is located 100m from the railways. I did not mind, but someone can have difficulties sleeping due to the night trains.

A bit pricey for the value. Parking may get full at the evening due to the guests of the restaurant.

Big room. Restaurant is serving not only breakfast but dinner as well. Good location for explorers: 20 minutes drive to the Liechtensteinklamm, 40 minutes to the famous Grossglockner route, 1 hour to Dachstein-Gletscher.

- poor/non existent sound isolation in the rooms - super hard mattresses and bed linen had a (cheap) synthetic feel - room cleaning starting at ~ 7h30 and super noisy: door slamming or vacccum cleaner hurting the wall.. not possible to sleep in - balcony had to be shared for our room

- super friendly staff - food and atmosphere in the restaurant (evening) - view from the room - easy to reach and parking

The wall in the room is not flat but being covered with sharp protruding little stones. I accidentally touched the wall and left a flesh wound on my hand…

Many shelves for placing stuff, which is wonderful. The room was clean and the surrounding area is nice.

One could hear the trains on the nearby railway track at night.

The hotel is near the train station, which was convenient as we arrived late. The room was clean and modern with a very nice bathroom, the breakfast was good as well, cold cuts, tea, coffee, juices, bread and buns, cereals, eggs made to order. We did not have time to enjoy the wellness area but bathrobes were provided in the room. A cute dog welcomed us at the reception, a nice bonus to our stay!

Poor breakfast Old beds At 3am couple of drunk people have loud discussion in hallway till 4:30am. As there is no 24/7 reception nor phone in room and those drunkers refused to go sleep, it was a hard night.

- Old towel with holes that was no longer white - I never experienced so far a hotel nor pension anywhere in the world who would provide a damaged towel - No minibar fridge in the room

- Little Garden on the ground floor by the room (pity that it wasn't fenced but still a plus for a pet owner) - dog friendly!
