Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwedenJust minor remarks. The kitchen table was unnecessarily small as there was room for a bigger. Also the possibility to separate the beds in the kitchen/livingroom with a drapery would have been super.
Lovely location with ski bus around the corner and one stop to Nasserain lift. Great flat, clean, well equipped kitchen. Great host. Big plus for shared social area with pool table, coffee and tea, as well as sauna.

CanadaThe room was nice and clean. The kitchen initially seemed small but, really practical. I would have liked a few more dishes, pots etc as we cooked in a lot. Perhaps let guests know how to get a few extra kitchen supplies if it would make food preparation easier?
Location was great, right by a bus stop. When we went to put in code to enter building, cleaning staff greeted us, helped carry bags to the 3rd floor; gave a tour of facilities and provided local wisdom about many things. Quiet and clean; people very friendly and helpful. Responded to emails prior to arrival to make sure we knew what we needed to know. Sauna was a nice addition to the day.

The communal facilities at the properties are brilliant & very clean (Sauna, Pool Table, heated Ski/Boot room). There is even complementary tea, coffee & water at the entrance, perfect before & after skiing. The morning Bakery delivery was super convenient for breakfast & lunchtime sandwiches. The host, Richie, was very friendly & helpful. He gave us great recommendations for ski rental, bars, restaurant & best spots on the slopes. The rooms were spacious, comfortable & well equip for after skiing meals. The location was great. 2min walk to a bus station, a 5min walk to Nasserein Lift & 10min to the centre of town where all the bars are.

LatviaNo cons, it’s a bit far from the city centre to go by feet, but there is a bus stop nearby, which goes directly to the sli lift and St. Anton.
Everything was great, the house is really cozy, but you get the cool skiing vibe at the same time. The host is extremely helpfull, fast reachable on phone. We felt like home!

Had folders on the table of area ready for us, had the wonderful St. Anton summer pass for us ready at check-in. And then, the apartment is just great - spacious! views! two toilets! Nice kitchen, and decently equiped too. Good internet. Nothing more we could have asked for really. The summer pass is a great deal: at no extra cost you ride cable cars for a day as much as you like - all the way to the top of the mountain "Valluga".

This was an amazing and unexpected find, beautiful accommodation, amazing views and location, great facilities including a sauna!!! and the kids loved the pool table. And such a friendly place, owners and guests all very chilled and lovely. The summer card was fantastic!

United KingdomA great place with some gorgeous mountain vistas, a bit out of town but it's an easy 10-15 min walk or a quick bus ride to the first ski lift. A very comfy bed was my personal highlight, as well as their sauna and a pool table. The host was very nice and accommodating. There are a few very good restaurants in the area and in general it's a quiet part of town which will suit families with kids and a 30+ crowd.

FinlandThe staff was so helpful and friendly, and the lodge had everything we could’ve wished for: spacious and clean rooms, a nice common space, a sauna, recycling, a drying room for ski gear, and even a bakery service and free coffee every morning! The location was wonderful as it wasn’t right in the center of St Anton but still a walking distance away from it (+ right next to a ski bus stop). We had such a good time, thank you for a lovely week!❤️
