We really missed hot water, there was a possibility to buy it in the vending machine on the ground floor but it was 1,5 Euros per circa 150-200 ml, and only with coins. There is a gas station across the road and Mc'Donalds nearby as well so we bought hot beverages there - it was for 2,5 Eu but at least it came in a bigger portion and with a teabag. There was no hair dryer in the room as well

The hotel is situated perfectly for the trip I had: I came to the city by bus and Erdberg station is just 10 minutes walk from the hotel. It is also just several metro stations away from the Landstrasse where you can start your tour around the Old City, visit big shopping mall or go to the airport. The neighbourhood is not the most attractive, but it is safe and calm, with shops like Billa and austrian Aldi. The room was small but nice and clean. I really liked to stay there for 1 night.

It is not possible to leave your luggage, but you can do so at one of the Vienna railway stations. Ask the hotel for information before or after booking. There is no kettle for heating water, take it with you.

It's a regular Ibis budget, so it's clean, there's almost no furniture. A comfortable bed and a thoughtful lighting system. Early check-in (14.00) and late check-up (12.00). It is very convenient for arriving by bus at Edberg station at a later time. Close to the airport. There are 3 grocery stores nearby with convenient opening hours. It is easy and fast to get to the center of Vienna.

Good value for money. If you go to a concert in the Gasometer hall its perfect. Just 5 minutes away.

The shower was in the bedroom, which was a bit strange, and despite requesting a quiet room I could hear my loud neighbours quite a bit.

Good value for money, location is easily accessible from central vienna, and walking distance from the international bus station.

I asked for a vacuum cleaner for 10 seconds to remove the air from my bags of clothes and they didn't have one. The door handle broke in the last 2 days.

I enjoyed the breakfast and the cleaning. I had to walk 5 minutes from the subway and there was a supermarket 30 meters away.

The room was very spacious but there was nothing in it other than the bed and a small table. The shower could do with some repair as the shower head could not be held in the wall due to a broken plastic. In the breakfast I would have appreciated some pastries.

The hotel is in a good location depending on your needs. I was leaving for the airport early and it was a 15 minute taxi ride. The hotel is very big, rooms are spacious and bathrooms are well equipped. Beds are very comfortable, and big. Rooms are very clean and the sheets smelt nice. The breakfast is really good, with a lot of variety, also the coffee is very decent. One can walk to the city center from the hotel, it is about an hour away by foot.

Rooms are not soundproof at all. Sound level feels like you sleep in a tent on the sidewalk right next to the road.

In the room, the window insulation was broken. I needed to heat the room much, because the night temperatures of -8‘C made it cold quickly.

This is our go-to hotel when attending events in Gasometer or Arena. Moreover it is in a walking distance from the bus station and a subway station. The cheap price matches the basic rooms and basic breakfast. The hotel is perfect for short stays. It is always clean and in fact for a short stay nothing is missing.

We requested for an adjacent rooms in advance but did not got. There was no wardrobe in the room. We opted for the bathroom with shower but it was not there.

The location was ideal as we had to catch FlixBus for our next journey. There were departmental stores nearby to fulfill our basic needs. Front desk staff Mushtaq was very friendly and cooperative. Check-in process was quite fast although we checked in @ 2:00AM.
