We wished we had a washing machine in our unit - or at least access to paid machines somewhere else in the building. To be fair, we knew it didn't have a machine when we booked it so this is not a poor reflection on the owners. I think 2 units have machines but neither were right for us for other reasons. Access to a washing machine, however, would have made it perfect.

Such a beautiful, clean unit.! We loved the views from every window. The kitchen was well-equipped - had everything we needed to cook. We had the Top2 - and we loved the little desk which was set apart in the sunroom at the back - my husband was able to work remotely and not be bothered by tv noise or anything else in the main area - plus the views of the mountains from there were unexpected and lovely! This back room was actually why we chose this particular unit, and also that it has a walk-in shower- plus we needed the lowest level possible in the building due to mobility issues. Big bonus is the bus stop just a few metres from the building. We also appreciated the good, prompt communication with the owners.

The tv initially didnt work, and someone came the next day and replaced it. The new one didn’t seem to connect to the internet which was a bit of a shame for watching a movie on a streaming service. But only a minor thing. Also someone (may have been one of the cleaners?) just let herself in at 9.15am on our last day when we were still in the apartment which was a bit unexpected!

Great location - buses ran from outside to the centre and station. The area was really quiet at night. Clean and well furnished - the kitchen had everything we needed Lots of space in the apartment and great to have a lounge to sit together on an evening. Amazing views from every window!

Was missing a potato masher.

Lovely big windows. 1 closed bedroom with a queen bed but also a queen bed nicely located in the livingroom with great viewing at the TV screen for a person recovering from a surgery.

Somehow another client picked up our keys and was already in our flat when we arrived, so it took some time to sort out with the caretaker lady having to come. Not great when arriving late with 3 kids, but it was sorted in the end. There is also no lift and we were put 4 flights of stairs.

Good size apartment. Well equipped. A bit loud in morning as underneath the flight path.

Considering the overall quality/service and price more attention needs to be paid on details such as : Windows cleaning Some extra facilities to be added such as sugar in the kitchen, hand soap in the bathroom Parking could have been included in the total apartment price, considering is part of the building area and not some external provider

With only being the two of us, we would have liked to have had just the one Bedroom, didn't really like having the Large bed in the Living room.

No Breakfast was included. The location was super, Buses just outside. Right nest to the Botanical Gardens. Wonderful that No Dogs are allowed.

Its tucked away from the busy hustle and bustle. A good size apartment in a quiet location with an excellent baker and general store within a 5 minute walk. Property is well presented, very clean and has washing facilities should you need it. Access to busses are at your doorstep, with town an easy 10 minute walk. Overall beautiful location and well worth staying at.
