The cobble stones on the way, from Paris lodron street, quite difficult with luggages. And the church bells. But it’s not the property’s fault so not a big deal.

The lady at the reception was very lovely. 10/10. Property is amazing, clean, big for 1 person and on great location. I requested a fan and i was given one.

Unfortunately, you can leave your luggage there only until 4 PM on the day you check out. I personally had to use the luggage lockers at Salzburg Hbf because I needed to collect it in the evening.

Quite clean. Perfect for a two-nights stay. The terrace at the fifth floor was nice. Of course, do not expect anything luxurious, but it's good for solo travellers. Location is simply perfect.

Because there was no AC, we had to open up the windows at night, but a lot of noise came in from outside. The hostel is right beside a busy shopping street and small square that is full of people even into the night.

The rooms were incredibly clean and gave us plenty of storage for our belongings. The common rooms in the hotel were also clean and spacious, though a bit echoey.

The kitchen has a microwave. Asides from that you are unable to use the fridge and there are no cooking cookware or utensils or plates to use. I had no issues storing my luggage in the luggage room but I noticed it did not have a lock to protect your luggage from other guests who did not need to use the luggage room. People from the street could easily open the luggage room as there is another entry point into the hall that leads to the luggage room,

Woman at reception was lovely and easy to communicate since I was checking in after 4pm. Easy to get in. Initially the front door didn’t open but it did with the key supplied. Building is historical and old but very clean. Dorm rooms were clean and did not feel old. It was nice having the toilet outside the room and shower inside the room allowing 2 people to use the bathroom at the same time. There is a kitchen with nice reading nook on the second floor. It was right in the old town so it was easy to walk around and explore. Enjoy the nature views of grassy hills on the street of the old town, you can see it right down the road. There were powerpoints by every bed.

Spacious and very clean. The Institute St.Sebastian ticked all the boxes. It is centrally located which was very pleasing... I'm talking lotsa shopping, lotsa cafes, restaurants... lotsa places of interest... Amazing place.

everything the hotel was near the main station , clean , friendly and helpful people specially the girl at the reception she is very welcoming and helpful i booked a room and there was an issue in the room couldn't check in to it they changed the room to a better one without any delay or issues i highly recommend this hotel if you will visit Salzburg

Property has kitchen area so there is access to a kettle but no communal fridge space or cups etc.
