Booked superior room but nothing in it to indicate it was superior. e.g. no tea/coffee making facilities, no USB points to charge devices, no mini fridge, no safe, no view from the balcony, but LOTS of empty cupboards and drawers.

Room very clean and looked smart on entering. Nice bathroom with very good shower. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast and good that it starts early enough to catch the 7:35am train! Nice to have a swimming pool and spa area (though limited changing facilities).

The room did not have WiFi since it was far away from the router.

The location due to inability to walk from place to place. Difficult walk to train station… impossible for anyone with luggage and some health problems. Also a small fridge would have made our stay better.

parking - lack of places , at this price of a superior room, I would expect more emphasis on cleanliness - wear and tear - for example, a shower screen by the bathtub, we had to fix our bed - put on the fallen slats,flickering fluorescent light in the bathroom

The hotel is wonderful, the rooms are big, the view from the balcony is amazing, breakfast is really good and with lots of variety! Pool and sauna as an extra plus to alleviate the sore muscles from hiking! Achensee is quickly accessible!

Location was superb and it was very nice to have a lovely view from the balcony. Swimming pool was a great surprise and enjoyed every minute. Good selection for breakfast. Parking space on site.

If you cycle make sure you do not have to cycle up the hill when leaving the hotel….it’s a massive incline (which is nothing against the hotel, just something to consider if cycling)

Balconies are separated by only a thin wall and you could basically shake hands with your neighbour. Nice if they are friendly, but not as nice if the neighbour is smoking on and on the phone most of the time as in our case. Bad luck I guess. Other than the smoking neighbour, however, a good experience.

Great hotel, nice staff, very good breakfast, large and comfortable rooms, and the swimming pool was great - we went there in the evening, and it was almost empty, which is great!

Checkout was a little difficult because they were performing maintenance on the main doors to the lobby so I had to go out the back door and then find my way back into the lobby to checkout and hand in my room key. Just bad timing I guess.

Amazing location, my room got upgraded to a suite without needing to ask. Breakfast was good, friendly service with a smile always.

I guess there’s must have been some underfloor heating which was switched on in the middle of May. The room was very warm, with no aircon. I noticed it walking barefoot and despite leaving all windows open for hours the room did not cool. It was okay as I slept without the blanket but it would have been nicer to be able to adjust the temperature. There were no sockets to charge phones or laptop. No socket anywhere near the desk and besides the bed I had to unplug the lamp to avoid having to put my phone on the floor a few meters away. A kettle and a small fridge would be a really nice addition to the room. For longer stays, you would surely want to make use of the seating area or the balcony and have a coffee in the morning or perhaps a chilled drink at night.

The rooms were very spacious, I’m not sure whether I was given an upgrade because it said suite on my door but I don’t recall booking one. The property looks newly refurbished, it has a traditional style but everything looked very fresh and clean, including the bathroom. There were two wardrobes, wonderful for a longer stay where you might have more clothes. The bathroom featured a tub and a separate shower and had a window which is nice but it was not frostet so you had to keep the blinds shut all the time and switch on the lights. The room had a sofa and an armchair which I really like as well as a large desk.

Not really anything to dislike really. Be aware that the reception isn't always open. When we wanted to leave some stuff upon checking out (at 11.02) it was already closed. After a call they were quick to take our stuff and it was ok to leave it at the reception the entire day.

Very big room(!). Quiet hotel. Nice swimming pool. Good location. Seems to be pet friendly, although we did not take a pet ourselves. Staff is friendly. We got to choose where our room was situated (front or back).

The pool was too cold, it was not possible to use it. Also half of the SPA features were unavailable.

After travelling from UK to Munich and then by car to Jenbach was disappointed that the hotel was locked up to 3pm. Appreciate check in time isn't until 3pm but it would have been nice to be able to get a drink. If you travelled by train you would have been in the street with your cases. Would have liked tea/coffee facilities in the room. A lovely dining room just a shame they only serve breakfast, limited restaurants in the area.

The location was good to get round the small town and a ten min walk from the train station. The room had street view and lovely mountain views. Beds really comfy. Staff pleasant, Breakfast choice hot/cold.

Only thing that wasn't perfect is the parking - if you arrive late and the parking is full with cars then it's a bit tight. Our car wasn't too big but it was hard to fit in in the parking spot.
