Everything was perfect.

Excellent location, with access to train, bus, metro and tram. The apartment was clean and very well-equipped, spacious with everything that we could possibly need for our stay there. Very fast internet and maps of Vienna provided by the host. It was an amazing experience and I would highly recommend the place.

The appartment was a little far from the city center. There was no reception stuff present to provide immediate assistance.

The appartment was located in a quiet and easy-going neighborhood. The password system allowed flexible and easy check in/entrance at all times. A superb choice for its price. There is also a luggage storage area!

Apartment was very clean and cousy. It had everything that you need for 3 days of relax in Viena. This is the second time we booked here and did not regret it. Everything was at top standard. Highly recommend!

Large, well equipped and very clean flat tucked in quiet street, although city train S7 is very close. Metro station was also close - line U3 that can take you to the city center (St. Stephan's cathedral, Mariahilfer street etc). We arrived by car and there were vacant parking spaces in nearby streets so there were no need to cruse for parking spot (in case you need it, you can buy parking tickets at nearby BP petrol station).

What's not to like?

The location was perfect - Subway, tramway and train in under 5 mins of walking. There are all kinds of supermarkets and bakeries around. The place itself is flawless in terms of commodities. The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions.

Few things to improve not necesarily bad experience. The shower collected water and it didn't drain fast, was running the risk of spilling over. Also the coffee option while ok with supplied pods, are the b2b option and no way of purchasing the yourself, maybe another option to make coffee or to puschase pods from the property. Minor things.

The location was good. Close to the subway. Rooms are plenty large and ok equiped. The room had a nice balcony, tv and the kitchen has ameneties.

We travelled with our adolescent children and would have liked to have two separate one person beds instead of the couch.

The neighborhood, very good connection to public transport (U3 Subway line), close car parking.

A couple more dishes (coffee cups) and cutlery could be helpful, along with a broom + dustpan for cleaning up the floor after lunch/dinner with the kids.

We are very satisfied with our choice. Airport train, underground station and supermarket around the corner. Properly working contact-less concept. Impeccable room. We really enjoyed the spacious, cozy lounge on the ground floor before check-in time.

There was smell in side the apparent as soon I walked in and it was there for 3 to 4 days .. plus I found it little bit expensive when I was rebooking the room when my stay was about to finish…

Sofa bed in the living room was less comfortable (slightly sagging), but the beds in the bedroom were comfortable.

Apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood and has everything you need (great Wi-Fi connection, coffee and iron is available, which is a big plus for me) with a small balcony. There is also a laundry room in the complex which you can use all day and get extra towels if necessary. The host is not available on location, but responds quickly to your requests via booking. The Zippererstraße subway station is located nearby the appartment and you can reach the center within 20 minutes. I can definitely recommend this apartment.

There were several small things that I mention only to be addressed by the property staff: the bathroom door made quite a noise when opening/closing which is inconvenient with a small child; there was a baby cot, high-chair and even child utensils but no child sized pillow and blanket; there were no coffee capsules in the vending machine to use with this nespresso model. I hope all of that would be fixed for our next visit :-)

The location was very convenient - near many supermarkets and shops, tram lines, U3 metro and even S-bahn. It is in a residential area and was quiet and calm, although we can hear the S-bahn and CAT trains from our apartment. The kitchen was fully equipped and we appreciate the other facilities like the lounge and baggage storage. I would definitely recommend!

The only minus is that the apartment was poorly cleaned, there was dust everywhere (floor, table, window-sills)

The apartment was amazing, near the train station and 5min walk from tram and metro. There was a lounge room in the building, where you could wait for your check in, have coffee and rest. The room itself is very spacious and had everything needed. Definitely recommended

It was a little bit dark in the ground floor room. The main door was not very well isolated sound-wise. We could hear everything from the hallway, and I can only assume people outside could also hear us very well. Personally it was not a big deal.

The facilities, bathroom, location close to metro and train station. Very tidy. Easy check in and check out.

I stayed at Jimmy Apartments from late February to early March. Upon arrival, I received a comprehensive email with all the access codes. The property appeared recently renovated and very modern. My apartment, located on the second floor, had a kitchen, sofa, TV, and a large bedroom. I particularly appreciated the laundry area available to all guests on the ground floor, as well as the luggage storage area. The location was also excellent, just 5 minutes from the S7 train (from the airport) and 3 minutes from the U3 metro stop at Zipperstraße. Overall, Jimmy Apartments helped make my Vienna vacation even more romantic. Thank you for the hospitality ❤️.

TV doesnt directly connet to netflix or youtube but I figured out with Screen Mirroring. No English instructions for Washing and Drying Machine. It was kinda confusing but I translated it so its okay.

The team was so good. They reply everything so fast. Rooms are so clean, full, warm and big enough. We were in entrance floor and our tertace was so cute. I like the adjustable lamps in the bedrooms. The instructions were so clear. Theres also Lounge Room which it has kitchen (with tea, coffe machines, salt, sugar etc.), big TV, comfortable couches, play corner for kids and washing - drying machine. Also you can take towels, shower gels or toilet papers from there if you want. the LOCATION was so good. 15 min to airport (S7 train, also close to train stop) and 20 min to center with metro (U3).
