I really liked the facility . It was higher than my expectations. I had no problem with entering the building every code they had sent worked uneventfully. The thing that I liked most was the lounge room. Because we came two hours early before check in and we could rest in the lounge room. There is a place that you can leave your luggage in the lounge room . The location is really good you can reach the city center with tram easily. It is soo close to Belvedere palace. I will definitely come back..

The coffee machine is somehow weird. We managed to make 2 coffees and afterwards the machine became unusable although it had water and fresh coffee capsules. Also the building across the street was in renovation and might be an inconvenient for those sensitive to noise.

Nice apartment, very clean and well organised. Location is 3 subway stations from the heart of the city.

The location is excellent with a number of good restaurants and shops, very good public transportation. The room is very clean and quiet. Good wifi connection as well.

The shower and the basin were in the open space in the walk-throught corridor. Not much privacy...

Everything was perfect!

The apartment is on a walking distance from Belvedere, nearby trams and metro. There was everything that you need to cook your own meals, or if you like- there is a restaurant just on the corner. The apartment was bright, warm, and cozy.

I was missing instruction about checkout and if and what to clean after departing. I cleand the dishes and I had no idea if I had to. There was some construction work across the building so minor disturbance. I had laptop and it would be nice, if the TV panels had hdmi cables in them. So we could plug and play.

Overall comfyness of the room. Bed was great.

Luggage storage is a laundry room and general storage at the same time. Pretty messy place. The door was opened when we arrived and no one was inside. The door for the luggage room was opened by the code, but in the message I received it wasn't indicated which code to use, so I had to call the service.

Very comfortable apartament, well equipped with all of the necessary supplies. Small kitchen but enough for two people! Very comfortable bed. Super easy commute to opera.

Everything was just perfect!!! The room was beautiful,big ,very clean with all the facilities you need!! All the city transports was just few minutes by feet from the hotel. I surey recommend it and we will be back next time we visit Vienna!

A bit far away from the center and there is some noise shaking the place every time the tram is passing.

The decoration and especially the kitchen is great. Would probably choose it again in the future. Hot water during the whole day for all four of us was a great asset.

We were promised lockers to leave our stuff until we check into the apartment but they were all locked so we couldn't leave our bags. We were really disappointed with that, everything else was ok.

The apartment is on a great location, not too far from the center and the bus station. The place was clean, comfy and nice, apartment had everything we needed for our stay.

There wasn’t any tea. Only coffee. Knifes weren’t sharp. But that weren’t such a big problems for us The only thing that I didn’t like was that I needed to gave the hotel every data from my ID Card. But maybe it’s normal to hotels in Austria

I love this apartment. Big television, great communication with personel and such a comfortable beds! After all day walking there were the best to lie on and go to sleep. Room was veery silent. Apartment is located in very nice and safe district close to Belvedere. City communication is very close so you can drive everywhere you want to. Highly recommend to book it when You want to stay in Vienna for weekend or longer

Great location. Near by the Belvedere palace and 30 minutes by walk to the top Center. Near by the apartment there are a several shops and places for food. The lady (the host) was very kind and helpful. And that for last minute booking (I did reservation at noon for the same day). Thank you, lady!

No linen was provided for the sofa bed. It took several messages and phone calls to get someone to let us know where we could find the additional linen so that we could go to bed. Aside from that the accommodation was faultless.

Very large spacious apartment. Huge bed in bedroom and adequate (slightly noisy) sofa bed in lounge. Very good bathroom with separate toilet. Easy walk to main train station.

Stayed with friends but only one bathroom.

A large 2 bedroom apartment, very spacious with kitchen and all amenities. A short 5 minute walk to the supermarket and similar distance to the tram stop for an easy ride into the city. A very nice restaurant below for breakfast and dinner if you prefer.

There is no door on the shower / bathroom. It is not really missing as it is a two-person apartment, but was unusual.

Comfortable (hard) beds, coffee is a great plus, walking distance to the Rennweg train station (airport-wise great), the curtains are great to darken the room and allow a long sleep in the morning.
