Cant really fault anything, the only improvement i would like and i this really is only for the minority, would be if a heater could be fitted in the smoking area, perhaps one of though halogen lights on a timer?

Absolutely nothing. It was perfect.

This hotel is beautiful! The decoration, the staff and the furnishings are fabulous! It's not a massive hotel, but it's definitely one that I would recommend. We were greeted with a smile, shown to our room and shown how things worked. We had a lovely radio, tv, an extremely comfortable bed and air conditioning. We were also greeted with a complimentary bottle of wine and water which was a lovely touch. The hotel location is fabulous (near to the museum quarter) and is a two minute walk to the closest underground station. Getting about from the hotel was also super easy. It is also located down a quiet ish street within close proximity to shops and eateries. We finished our days in the hotel, sat around the Christmas tree and sharing our experiences of the day with some of the bar staff. They also shared some fantastic information with us about the city and some of its history which we welcomed. We were made to feel so very welcome to the city and to the hotel and I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. This was our first visit to Vienna and to this hotel and it certainly won't be the last. We did arrange for a private transfer from and to the airport and in honesty, next time, I would probably take the train. Vienna is a beautiful city, very clean and some of the most beautiful buildings that I have ever seen. The locations of the Christmas markets were also fabulous, as many were in front of beautiful landmarks.

This is a total gem of a hotel from the wonderful front desk staff to the comfy beds. It was a lovely experience from check in to check out. I loved the welcome notecard and bottle of wine in our room and the gorgeous room decor. Everyone that we interacted with had a smile on their face and made us feel so welcome. We will most certainly be back.

The electrics in the room! There was no soft lighting and no separate switch to have a bedside lamp on

It’s a beautiful hotel in a great location- close to coffee houses, lively areas and 20min walk (or 5 min U-Bahn ride) to the city center. The rooms are beautifully decorated and cozy and there is a welcome bottle of wine and water in the room. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast is taken in the room of what is the Barfly’s Club bar in the evening (great bar as well) - decorated in 1920s style. I will definitely stay here again- and hopefully get to spend some time in their extensive phonothek.

Due to fire regulations there are no kettles or coffee machines in the room, but they can provide hot drinks so it isn't really a problem.

Beautiful hotel throughout with friendly staff. The breakfast was good and it has easily the best hotel bar I have ever seen. The location is good, walkable from the centre and only around the corner from Zieglergasse station. Very well placed for the Museums Quartier. The food recommendations they provided were excellent.

A wonderfully designed and furnished house, held in the style of the 20s. Truly a time-travel experience. Very convenient location, close to the city centre, but off the most touristy paths. Very comfortable beds, and excellent service! Also the bar downstairs is highly recommended!
