My number 1 complaint is the "AC". I'm sorry, but THIS IS NOT AN AC. It's barely a fan. They only let you put it 3 degrees c° + or - from their central temperature. We had to open the window at night, which you can only crack! Was so warm! (and it was only may!) Otherwise : Parking is 30€ a day Bed is very hard and uncomfortable, my husband and I both had lower back pain, which we never have. Shower is open, so all of the floor is wet no matter what you do Our room didn't have a holder for the shower head (broken?) The light bulb was broken, and they didn't have a replacement to give us

It was tricky to control the room temperature, it was fine but I couldn't change it. The room advertised a kitchen and it has 2 stove tops but no pans, pots or cooking utensils. Not even enough to make eggs in the morning.

Location is excellent, right next to the Hauptbahnhof. The complimentary airport pickup was greatly appreciated too. The room is a nice large size and easily accommodated two people for 5 days. The staff were very helpful.

There was a limited amenities in the bathroom, for example I couldn't get a shower cap.

The location was superb, very close to the station with a lot of shops and restaurants, and very easy to get on the public transport. Room was comfort with all the facilities; pantry, comfort bed, sofa etc.

Aircon didn't really cool the room despite applying a change to cool it. Blackout curtains would be helpful. Shower head holder was broken. Television reception poor and no Englidh speaking channels

The cooking pans are made of stainless steel, which makes it difficult to cook without oil.

Located near Central Train Station where is also the access to subway. To the airport is less than 30 mins by train and to the center is 30 mins walk or less than 30 mins if you use public transport.

There was a strange smell in the hallway and in the bathroom, which we suspect might have been from the cleaning liquids used. Additionally, we had difficulty managing the AC remote, which was a bit frustrating. It was disappointing to find that they did not provide any teas or coffee in the room, especially for a one-night stay.

The staff were polite and accommodating, although we arrived early and unfortunately, there were no rooms available yet. However, they kindly allowed us to leave our luggage and explore the city while we waited. The hotel is situated in a nice location, with a pleasant neighborhood that was great to explore.

Even with air conditioning it was a bit too hot in the room.

It was really easy to check-in and check-out, the area is easily reachable from the airport and it is so easy to reach any attraction you want by city transportation and train station or bus stops are just a few minutes away. The room was really clean, you could find anything you need for your stay and the most important thing - it was really quiet, you couldn't hear a noise from other rooms. There's also a grocery shop nearby so if you decided to cook at the apartment you can shop there for food and drinks.

Good location which 5 mins walk to Wien Hbf. The staff is friendly and helpful. Clean and modern service apartment with fully equipped kitchen. The deluxe suite is spacious for triple sharing. I like that they have 24 hrs reception staff in case you need assistance.

The pillows are too soft. I was there for 5 nights and no cleaning/towel changing is provided. The air conditioning can been stronger.

The downside for me was the bed mattress; it was neither a sturdy one to keep your body flat nor did it have the capability of adapting to it. Polyester bedding, which made me constantly overheat during the night, and it doesn't feel too nice on the skin.

The overall stay was great! The apartment is well located, close to the city centre and the central train station. Due to the double-glazed windows and insulation, there was almost no noise. A gym is available with good essential gear for a good home workout. Washing and drying facilities were easy to use and well-priced.

The air conditioning didn’t work for us. It was blowing cold air and we left it on 24/7but doesn’t seem to be able to work when it is warm outside. It was 18 degrees in March during our stay for reference.

Late pre-booked checkout key did not work. Locked in basement after taking rubbish down then could not get back into room. Reception apologised and reset key but I was a little stressed for check out time. I would still stay there again as everything else was 10/10.

Cannot think of anything to complain about.

Nice and clean apartment. Great location, very close to the central station. All the kitchen equipment is available (a set of some default equipment is already in the room, need to ask at the reception if something more is needed, like pans or pots).
