The ironing facilities could improve because when it was used with even maximum heating the iron wasn’t hot enough. Minor issue but could help as sometimes travellers could bring clothes that would require ironing.

The range of kitchen tools available were very limited. There were some items in the room (cutlery, plates, bowls and mugs) but to do any cooking required going to reception. Which is fine. Except there weren't really any kitchen tools available. So we had to cook in the provided frying pan but there were no spoons or spatulas available which makes cooking quite difficult!

The accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Also, the location right next to the main train station is very convenient. The staff on reception were very pleasant, well informed and provided excellent customer service.

the place did not have coffee or tea only an electric kettle. the rest was fine. The bed was not very comfortable but it was also not too bad. Maybe it was me.

it was very clean and quiet. access from the central station is excellent (maybe 2 min walk). also seems like a new apartment complex nice and spacious. Staff were helpful.

Pillows could be better

Very near to the Wien HBF. Find Nord See, walk down to exit and you will see Novotel. Adina is just beside it. We had some trouble finding it through google map and went to the wrong Adina at Belvedere. Adina exceed my expectation! Spacious room and excellent facilities.

The room was super cold but the a/c did work non stop but as you can imagine the a/c drys the air and it’s not comfortable plus on the highest fan setting it took literally one day to reach 21.5 degrees but over all not any dealbreaker problem

Amazing location easy to access plus there is a parking space right underneath but it not theirs so you have to pay but it’s connected convenient with the building so it has easy access .room was as advertised and the staff was very polite

The location was good with easy walking access to all transport to the city and 30 mins walk to the centre. The train from Vienna airport to WBF station took 15 mins and the accommodation is 5 mins walk from the station. The communal areas were good and offered every you would require for your stay. Our room was a very generous size, comfortable with good amenities such as fridge, dishwasher, kettle and hob. The staff were very courteous and helpful. There were some nice restaurants/bars within easy walking distance if you wanted to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city.

I would wish some coffee machine on the room like Nespresso or at least a French press, bcs there was just a kettle. All the dishes including fork, spoon and knives you have to ask to borrow downstairs. Only 3 big glasses were in the kitchen. Not a big deal but bothering.

Perfect location for travellers by a train like me. Next to the train station, tram station and underground and close to the Belvedere. In spite of all that busy life around, the room was silent. Room was spacious and light.

The otherwise very well equipped private kitchen didn't have any silverware other than a single knife and teaspoon, which was a bit odd.

Super central location, very easy to reach. Reservation went above and beyond, going as far as to offer late checkout free of charge when we reached out regarding a somewhat unique situation.
