I love everything about this hotel. It's clean, very near to the Train Station. The Staff were all nice and friendly especially Kristoff. I would definitely book this facility again and recommend this to my friends.

It would be great to add one more chair (there were 3 of us and just 2 chairs) and maybe a frying pan or a sauce pan since there is a stove. If I return to Vienna it will be for a longer period of time and I'll definitely stay at Adina, so it would be great to have a frying pan and/or a sauce pan to cook some simple food without spices I'm used to (and which was impossible to find in the supermarkets) at least sometimes.

We liked the apartment a lot. It's new, it's big enough for 3 people, it's clean and beautiful. The building is new. The location - 2 minutes from the main railway station in Vienna. There are numerous shops, cafes and supermarkets like Billa and Spar in the building of the railway station. You'll find everything you need there. It's also super close to Belvedere. Even though you can see the railway station and trains from the apartment, there is absolutely no noise even with an open window. The neighborhood is new, clean, beautiful. There is a kitchen, so you can buy cooked food in a supermarket and heat it in your apartment.

I don't know why but it was pretty warm at night even with the AC on. We couldn't sleep very good. We also took the duvet out and slept only with the bedsheet but stil a bit hot..it was in May. Maybe the facade is bad insulated or the AC was not working.

Advertised as fully equipped kitchen but no pots and pans and cooking utensils. These were provided on request but expected them to already be there. No coffee machine as advertised. Air conditioning seemed to struggle but were provided with a fan and this helped greatly.

Spacious clean and quiet. Location was great - convenient to public transport and shops and restaurants.

I would’ve loved to be able to access coffee at the hotel (even paid), as it was raining some of the time we were there and it would’ve been nice to stay in with a coffee

Location was perfect, right across from the main station! And easy to access the trams as well. There were also plenty of scooters for hire close by which is another easy mode of transport. In terms of the accommodation itself, Adina is always fantastic, unable to fault it

This is extremely picky but no iron in the room. There is ironing facilities on the lower ground floor, just more convenient if they had an iron in the room.

Easy check in. And even allowed to store baggage as we had arrive early. Made the first day so much more enjoyable not having to carry bags around.

The location is great! It is next to the train station so it is very comfortable leaving or going. Also there is a tram station right next to the apartments where it takes you to the center only in 10 15 minutes. The room was clean and the stuff was nice and kind. I definitely recommend it to stay.

There is bowls, plates, cooker, microwave oven and others kitchen tools but there is no cooking pot. So it's impossible if you want to cook the meals. But that's not the problem with us.

The apartment is beside the houbanhof (acrossing the street) so it's very easy to move to everywhere. The staff are nice. Room is clean and quite large.

Busy area near main stations, it made bit hard to follow the Google map guidance but it is totally fine when you get there.

Excellent location - few steps from the main Train and Bus stations, and Venice Airport bus. Very modern interior, new, clean room with kitchenette. Grate location to explore the city.

My number 1 complaint is the "AC". I'm sorry, but THIS IS NOT AN AC. It's barely a fan. They only let you put it 3 degrees c° + or - from their central temperature. We had to open the window at night, which you can only crack! Was so warm! (and it was only may!) Otherwise : Parking is 30€ a day Bed is very hard and uncomfortable, my husband and I both had lower back pain, which we never have. Shower is open, so all of the floor is wet no matter what you do Our room didn't have a holder for the shower head (broken?) The light bulb was broken, and they didn't have a replacement to give us
