The only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom and the toilet don't have any air vents, so if 5 people shower directly after each other, the bathroom is quite moist and the air is really stuffy.

The rooms are very clean and modern. Everybody liked the style, which is rustic, but in a modern way. The staff was very friendly and they even offered us a conference room, to play games at night and to not disturb the other guests.

The room had a large balcony with a nice view to the hills. The breakfast was good with a good choice of foods. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was very nice and comfortable.

The organization of the buffet could be improved. 30 mins after the opening time of the buffet, the most sought-after dishes were gone. It happened both at breakfast and dinner. If guests don't want to miss the "highlights" it's better to be there right after 6pm for dinner and before 8.30 for breakfast.

It's a family-friendly hotel with many facilities for children but also with a lot to offer to adults. The location is convenient and close to many attractions in the area. The rooms are well-sized and clean. The staff is friendly We loved it.

The buffet is okay but could be better. Staff were mostly friendly, but with the exception of a couple staff members, there is room for improvement. The hotel was generally clean but due to low number of staff, it took a while for messes to get cleaned up. Also took some time to order drinks since there were many people on the weekend and not enough staff.

The location of the hotel is excellent - it is right next to the slopes, the ski rental and ski school. The Annaberg ski area is perfect for families with young children learning to ski. The hotel also has an indoor climbing room, a splash area for little kids and a gym (for ball games and running around). The size of the rooms was more than sufficient and ours had a balcony. The shower facilities were nice and in good shape. Our 5-year-old daughter loved running around and immediately made many friends. There are lots of kids - I would recommend it mostly for families. In summary, the hotel has a great price-performance ratio.

the hotel is located in a beautiful surrounding. the room is spacious for three persons, very clean and tidy. this is the perfect place to stay with children - the hotel is designed and intended for this. the breakfast is decent.

We traveled with our son. The weather turned against us.. it was raining all day long. Despite the weather condition, the hotel has excellent sport facilities for kids. A large play room is also available for kids staying inside. A large hall with tables are available for adults. The rooms are comfortable. The view to the surrounding mountains are spectacular.

No aircondition in the rooms, no washbasin in the toilets (in the guestroom) = to wash your hands you have to go to the bathroom located opposite and touch two doorhandles on your way, the resort is located rather abroad so you have no real alternatives to the hotel bar / restaurant

The room was not very clean, the hotel is understaffed. So you wait 10 min for a cup of tee - and get it wrong and cold in the end.

the hotel is heavily understaffed. the few employees just do not manage to pour beer & check out guests at once. the room had a mini zoo - bugs in bathroom. we also had some leftover dust/candy wraps/glitter on the floor from the previous guests
