Weird design of the room, the upper part of the bathroom door is glass, which means when you turn on the bathroom light, there will be light in the bedroom too, bothering the other person in the room.

I just spend one night, so I didn't get to experience much, but it was definitely very comfortable to sleep in.

The scrambled eggs and scrambled eggs with pork was too close and we found pieces of pork in "clean" scrambled eggs...even not labeled...separating and precize labeling for pork and non pork food is not fixed... people can move label for turkish ham easily to another ham place and confuse people.

The breakfast was way overpriced. On the last day when we wanted to leave there was no one at the reception (it was a few minutes past 7 am) so we couldn't check out. Apparently, the receptionist didn't arrive to work, there was only one guy who was nice but he didn't know what to do since he was a trainee. We had to wait around 40 minutes for it to be solved, it was quite uncomfortable as we had train tickets and had to leave on time.

The hotel is not far away from the center and is within a walking distance. The staff is super nice. Very friendly and polite people!! The room was very spacious, clean and warm. The breakfast exceeded my expectations (for an Austrian/German breakfast). Reaching the hotel by car was super easy. The parking is very comfortable.

The room seemed quite clean at first sight, but all of us are allergic to dust and the floors were rather dusty. For a person with no health difficulties it would be fine, but for people with respiratory problems this proved to be a bit problematic. Also, the pillows were a bit bland and flat so we had to improvise a bit.

I liked the staff and their level of English proficiency, we communicated without any problems. The parking lot is spacey and safe just in front of the hotel. The rooms are spacious. The breakfast is varied. There is a handy playing room for little children. We had some special requests in terms on early checkin and the type of room, and the property made sure all our demands were met, so once again thank you for that! The town centre is 15 minutes walk away from the hotel which is great.

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast had quite a lot of choice, though could have been a bit more fish, cheese and vegetables for pescetarians, vegetarians or vegans.

The orange juice at breakfast was terrible. (The rest of the breakfast was ok - large selection, including hot sausages, fried eggs etc)

Nobody told us that after 23:00 the main door of hotel are closed. Some other guests arrived to with same problem.Luckaly I find another door onthe far right side of the main entrance and there was sign thta it was a night entrance. That information will be helpfull on check in.

We were charged for the whole amount of daily parking cost, although we stayed only 12 hours.

We stayed only one night. It was clean, the room was nice and quiet. It is some 20 minutes from the city center, but pretty straight forward to find. Staff at the reception desk very polite and willing to providd additional information

Room was fine, clean, and most of all quiet, so I could get a good sleep. It's good that there's a cafe on the ground floor and the hotel was easy enough to find from the main station. The room was small, but fit everything you would need; a wardrobe, double bed, TV, desk, etc.

JUFA Hotel Graz City This is a good, budged place to stay for family travelers with a car. Free parking is nice and spacious. !5 min walking distance to the Historical City Center. Rooms are small but clean and in a good condition. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful. In the lobby located Restaurant, so we could have breakfast, lunch and dinner.

It coluld be cleaner as there was dust over cover of air from toilet. I killed one 1cm cockrouch in the toilet and my wife is not a big fun of them.

Parking next to the hotel. Place for a kids to play a bit. Good breakfast with a variety to choose from.

Breakfast was good. The room was clean. There was a problem with the air conditioner in the room, but staff simply provided us another room where airco was working. The location is affordable for the price, but definitely not great.

Only bad thing was that when we booked we had 'free parking', and upon arrival we had to pay additional cca 11.50EUR/day for parking. Having in mind that one hour in that area costs 2EUR, it's not bad, but giving wrong informations to guests before reservation is not fair.

Room is clean, hotel in generally is very nice and well taken care of. Staff was great! It's some 20 minutes on foot from Jakominiplatz and Hauptplatz, and 4-5 stations by bus from Jakominiplatz. Very reachable.

No ceiling light in the room.

Good location 20 min walk to city center, clean room, nice breakfast. Perfect for one or two nights. Quiet at night.
